Over the last **24 months**, we've shipped **400+ packages** through Staples -- representing **tens of thousands of dollars** in product. That ends today. **What happened:** * Package dropped off **Dec 19** * **Scanned by Staples** at drop-off (we have the receipt with tracking number, date, and time) * Standard understanding: USPS pickup + scan can take 24-48 hours **Reality:** * Waited **2 full weeks** -- **NO USPS scan** * The **other 3 packages dropped off the same day scanned normally** * This package? **Vanished** **The runaround:** * Staples **refuses responsibility**, despite being the **last entity with documented possession** * USPS **refuses responsibility** because they claim they never received the package * After **3+ weeks of back-and-forth**: - USPS closed the case - Staples' "Office of the President" told us we're wrong and accepted **zero responsibility** **The outcome:** * Customer fully refunded * **$300 product loss** * **Negative feedback** on our account * No reimbursement, no accountability Whether Staples handed it to USPS or not is **irrelevant** -- they were the **last party with proof of possession**, and it should be **their responsibility to ensure custody transfer**. HUGE shout out to Vanessa in the printing area. I was STRESSING out about my upcoming weddings escort cards. She was SO KIND and helpful throughout the whole process. She was able to print all 124 escort cards and cut them perfectly plus a couple more signs for me. I will forever be grateful for her going out of her way to go above and beyond for me. I went to the Staples in Raynham to use the photocopy center to make multiple copies of legal documents, only to be informed that they were too busy to do photocopies. Apparently if I wanted to make copies on a machine myself, they would be happy to take my money for the privilege, but counter service was just too much. I was in the store about 15 minutes and in that time, not one machine was in operation behind the counter. I have never before been to a photocopy center where they would not take walking business because they we so busy with other jobs. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A STAPLES AGAIN. read more

Really 2 and a half stars. It's not that this Staples is bad or not that great it's that Staples doesn't have the good deals like they used to. Even Envelopes are expensive here. Plus EVERY Staples NEVER has enough people working in copy center. You always have to wait a LONG time to get that stuff done and let's say you have to have copies of a text file made and you put it on a jump drive (It is 2017 after all) Staples CHARGES you to use their computer to do this then CHARGES you again to make the photo copies of said file on a jump drive. It's like they think they are a pro sports team and they can OVER CHARGE you for EVERYTHING. Summary: Like to over pay for things? Staples is one of the many stores I shop at often. I have not been to the Raynham location and thought I should stop in for a deal. It may sound quite foolish, but they had my favorite writing pens on sale this week, and I thought it was something I just had to go get. Now, I didn't have to go to Staples (as so many places price match these days....), but it was the most convenient office supply store in the area (as Office Depot closed a few years ago). What I didn't like about this store was the lack of customers. There was barely any cars in the lot, and as soon as I walked in the employees were all over me like a magnet (as they were with the lady behind me). I told them I knew what I was looking for, and didn't need help right away. I like help just as much as the next person, but they could give someone a minute to walk in the door and attempt asking someone instead of bombarding them. Anyway, the store was very organized, clean, and had everything a normal office store would and more (and they had ALL of the pens a human being could ever possibly need, including the pack that was on sale that I came in for!). Awful customer service, I made a purchase on the 30th for business cards holders. I called to let them know. They said they never found them, and couldn't find my purchase for the 30th. Well I decide to look at my emails and I was sent a survey so I took it. This morning the woman explains to me it was my mistake. As I see it the only mistake I made was using Staples to begin with. read more

Most of the time I have a pleasant experience at this Staples, but not today. I go in to tape up and drop off a package to the UPS desk and this female was so ill mannered! She took my package away from me, wouldn't allow me to tape it properly by taking the tape away and then did a terrible job taping it herself! She rushed through it as if we had suddenly entered the mad rush you get at Christmas, but I was the only one in line! If my return goes badly and the merchandise is all ruined, I'll be sure to go to Staples and make them foot the bill from damages because that was just ridiculous!! read more

This used to be a great store. Not anymore! The employees are poorly trained, including the general manager. After going to the customer service desk to return an HP printer that did not work well, the young man at the desk said something very fast - saying something about the tech center. We waited in line for a register, only to be told to go to the tech center. So we walk across the store where we meet the manager. She explained it was better for her if we went to her rather than her going to us at the customer service desk. WOW that was easy. NOT for the PAYING customer!!!! It is very unlikely that I will continue to purchase from Staples or at least the store in Raynham. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Horrible !! It's a joke that this place calls itself an "office" store. It's a great place to buy overpriced school supplies and that's it. I have been going to this store for years ( i have a home office and live in the area so I am stuck dealing with it) and the management has always been clueless. The copy center is always understaffed and the mgr will wander around the store while the one poor girl stresses out with a line a mile long. I stopped by today to make a couple of simple copies... i should have known better. You can't print off a thumb drive using the copiers(color only). I was directed to use the computers and print from them. It's costs $.25 per hour to log on... really ? And of course the girl behind the copy counter was swamped. I needed the copies to complete my task list. So frustrating. Yes, I could have logged in and spent a few cents....it's the principal. read more
