I had a negative experience with the UPS store (not the 1st time), and ended up going to the UPS counter at Staples. The experience could not have been more positive! Stephen was the first line of this Patriots 2016-2017 offense I interacted with on the phone, then via email, first thing in the morning, about an aircraft flight manual booklet. Stephen was knowledgeable and creative to solve my preservation project with suggestions of water and tear-free, resistant paper. Olivia helped assist in stapling my original copy back together, and Ali was gracious in ringing me up at the end in the late afternoon. The work quality is fantastic, along with the same day turn around this indeed, magical Super Bowl LI team (which I surprised my old man too, and he wanted to leave during the 3rd quarter) at this Staples' Print Shop. read more

High end print quality and phenomenal service. An unexpected surprise. Thanks to Stephen and Matt! I've generally only trusted high end print shops with anything important, but on a recent job I didn't have the time or budget for it. I gave Staples a try because that's where a landscape architect friend goes for large sized renderings, and he swears by them. Great quality, same day, reasonable pricing. Still, I was skeptical. I had Staples print a 2'x3' poster of greater Boston, which we designed for a conference, and the results were stunning. Awesome color fidelity, paper and print quality. It was laminated on a black foam mount (def more interesting than white) and looks amazing. The whole thing cost just under $75, and makes us look like a million. Thanks to Stephen for helping pick the perfect stock, and suggesting a black foam board which looks amazing. I'll be back. :-) read more

I needed some documents scanned and sent to my e-mail. I do not have a Xerox machine at home nor do I have Adobe to combine multiple pages. At the copy and print center, Stephen C. did a wonderful job assisting me. He was quick, efficient and offered great customer service. I look forward to frequenting Staples in the future. i used to like this store and do a considerable of business here. unfortunately julie, andre and a lot of the good and helpful staff has left. a bunch of rude, unhelpful people have taken over the customer service and seem to have anger issues. they have been so awful during my visits in 2013 it has completely turned me off to this store. we had also purchased a computer a year ago and an extended warranty which was approx $300 for the warranty. beware of this, they have done this to many people: at the register they ask you if you want the warranty stating that "if anything goes wrong with your computer we will replace it with a new one"--this is NOT THE CASE!!!!! the fact is you have to wait for days to receive a box and then pack the computer up and send it to their out of state service center where they keep if for about 10 days and then "fix it" and mail it back. this involves them deleting all you pictures, documents, software programs (yes, the ones you paid for), antivirus and everything else. they DO NOT back this up for you. also, they do not give you a new computer, they merely fix it which in this case involved it coming back in worse shape than it was prior to the day it crashed. as soon as you get it back you have to start repurchasing software, antivirus etc. anyway, i put a trial of norton on it which apparently came off later by itself?? so now 1 month later it is not working b/c of multiple viruses. the staff at pembroke said it was still under warranty so bring it down and they would help me. i brought it down in 100 degree heat to find out that they told me it has many viruses etc but they would charge me to fix it. the employees were so hostile and angry with me because i thought it was ridiculous to charge me after all the fees i have incurred. they could not understand that after buying a $725 computer, a $300 service contract and all kinds of software that i might be upset to now have to pay them to remove viruses when they had removed my virus software. the employees have zero customer service skills, zero people skills, no understanding of people and no courtesy. it is too bad that a few bad apples spoil the barrel, but i will not be going back to staples at all with this crew..... about 1 month ago jarrod was raising his voice telling me in front of multiple customers that i was trying to use expired staples rewards certificates (these expired november 2013 so he cannot do simple math?) but did not mind trying to humiliate me in front of the entire store and was shaking and sweating when i pointed out that he was incorrect. the people are actually scary to deal with......... read more
