Repeat customer no more! I spoke with Steve (owner) on the phone in regards to seeing a file of the work he previously did for me. He came across as grumpy on the phone but I let it go because he said, "if we did the work, it's in the system and I can find it." Then came an email an hour later saying "Nope. The system makes me jump through hoops to release a file. No time for that. Just send me the changes you want." Steve not only forget his manners as he came across rude and abrupt (no "sorry" or even any ounce of effort to help), but he also forgot that if he wants me to send him changes to an existing file, he would have to find the time to eventually get that file anyway to print said changes! It's too bad "finding time" to help a repeat customer was so difficult for Steve. It would be a different story if he was simply unable to, but he made it clear he could find the previous work, he just chose not to. Life is too short to deal with grumpy old men with no awareness for how to speak to others, let alone how to run a business. Business owners are literally in business to support client needs with a solution - somewhere along the way Steve forgot that! read more

Steve (front desk) is rude & unprofessional. the quality of signs that were produced we're not good. Parts of the signs look gouged, wrinkled & scratched. He told me no refunds. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere professional and knowledgeable. You get what you pay for. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Steve the owner who works at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. I had an inkling that this was not going to go well when I first met him as he was arrogant and had no clue what he was doing in regards to developing the street signs and banners for my business. I gave him specific dimensions and he went ahead and changed the size of the banner without informing me. When I went back to discuss this in person he yelled, screamed and said "that's it you're done get the fuck out of my store", he half assed his apology and said "usually I'm not a dick but it's just one of those days"....one week goes by and I called him to let him know that the banner he insisted that I keep/would not sag with his dimensions, in fact is sagging and kindly asked for a refund. He again yelled and screamed on the phone and hung up/cut me off (I recorded a video of how rude he is for evidence and will gladly share this with anyone who is questioning doing business with him). I feel sorry for Steve he is a miserable person and it takes more energy to be mean than nice, which I don't think he'll realize at his age, only having a few decades left in his life I hope he can change his attitude!! We have a small fleet of about 8 trucks. We have always worked with Fast Signs in Needham to have our truck decals created and adhered. Recently, we have decided to slowly change our company logo color across the board. We started working with someone at the Hanover location as it's closer to our home office. We asked him for a few true size proofs, in a couple of different colors. At first he was helpful. After asking for a 3rd proof to hold up against the new truck, he began giving us the run around. He said he was backed up, he said he had other things on his printers, etc. Finally I called him today, (after leaving the ball in his court for well over a week and a half to call us back) and he asked that we take our business elsewhere. To me, any good business person would have gladly whipped up a proof, especially when the customer offered to pay for it. Needless to say, I will tell all about my experience with FAST SIGNS in Hanover and suggest they go to someone that wants to put in a little work for their customer.
