Netwide…read moreTechnical stepped up huge and had us all working from home as the country closed down three days later. We have complicated systems in our organization and no matter how complicated, Netwide Technical got the job done. Checking writing, scanners, billing and all of our functions could now be done from home. As Covid continued, we realized we were not going back to the office anytime soon. Netwide took another step forward with us and configured all of our systems into the Cloud so we no longer needed a physical server. Over a year later, we decided to close our big office and set up one small one if one of our employees wanted to work in an office setting. Again Netwide was there configuring all of our needs so anyone of our employees could set up and work there. I can't say enough about this company. They are right there when we need anything done. Our company is run 24 hours a day and we are grateful to always be up and running. Lastly, today's envirmonment is complicated with computer hacking and the internet. Netwide has set us up to be very secure with double encrytion, and security on all systmes in the cloud. I would highly recommend Netwide Technical Solutions! I dropped a computer off there so long ago I had marked it a loss, I kept going in to the shop…read moreevery few days to check on it for about 4 weeks (no joke, I had complained to them it had taken 2 months and they looked up how much time it has been there for me - "only 4 weeks"...I was like "ONLY???") - I showed up physically there in person and I got nothing but excuses as to how the wrong part was sent, and then a faulty part, and then the wrong part again...I called after about a month and asked if I could just have the broken laptop back, the next day when I called to see if it was ready to pickup they told me it was still apart on some table somewhere and they're still waiting on the part, they also said they'd call me to let me know when it was back together - that was about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything, so I call today and someone tells me "Oh, we thought you were frustrated and wanted the computer back so it's been sitting here in front" Thanks Dexter's! I'll be sure to write an accurate review for you on Yelp! You've had my computer for 2 months and I still get to go try and get it fixed somewhere! What a waste of time!

In June, I ordered a new computer online from a major retailer (who shall remain nameless.) It…read morearrived on Friday the 13th - with a virus that wiped out Windows. Solutions suggested by online techs from the major retailer (who shall remain nameless) sent the virus to my working computer and wiped out my current Windows account. Said retailer, (who shall remain nameless,) then refused to take the computer back. Days later, a Norton tech (one of many companies I worked with online) was able to restore my original Windows account, but with presets lost. I limped along on my project. Then my keyboard failed. I had only the virtual onscreen keyboard. Techs blamed hardware and signed off. We're up to Friday, July 3rd, eve of the 250th celebrations. I knew it was time for an onsite rescue, and a friend recommended PC Mike. I left a desperate phone message, hoping to hear from him after the weekend to make an appointment for a visit the following week. To my surprise, PC Mike called me back a couple of hours later, listened to my woes and said, "Maybe I can solve it from here. Let me sign in and have a look." He was calling from his holiday vacation getaway! It took him less than ten minutes to solve the keyboard problem, and another half hour, less, to solve the problems the techs from the four major companies involved had spent hours on and failed - I had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend! After the holiday, he performed even more amazing feats settling me in properly to this new computer and I can tell you, the mouse-pointer moving around on the screen while he works is like watching a magic act, with incredible results. He not only knows the secrets of menus and internal workings perfectly, but he is also a speed-reader and wastes not a moment of your time. A true Wizard of the Machine! Call him "Magic Mike" and call him when you're in trouble! 781-923-0777. Ramona Wheeler
