Mike came out same day to our home office and diagnosed our computer immediately. It turned out our hard drive was beginning to crash. He suggested we replace the hard drive with the new Serial or SATA type vs. the old Parallel type. He took our computer and returned it next day. He was able to save all our data which he transfered onto the new upgraded hard drive, he added an external hard drive for backing up, and he cleaned up our computer from malware and internal dust. I definitely should have came here first! Jeff looked at my laptop right away while I was sitting there. They tried to find the root of the issue and I was able to sit there and watch what was going on. He also was talking me through what he was doing and why he was doing it, which really put my nervous mind at ease. Their prices were very reasonable (although it sucks to pay $200 for a new laptop screen) and they called me when my laptop was going to take longer than originally expected to fix. They even stayed later than their office hours so that I could pick up my laptop after work. It was very dead except for a resilient fan motor whirring hopelessly. So I bought it into EliteX with my new external hard drive and asked if they could please save my files. It took them about 2 days to do it, but they were able to salvage everything! To top it off, they also bought my 6 year old dead MacBook to use for parts and gave me a further discount from their already fair prices. EliteX are honest, well priced, and knowledgeable! I can't think of any reason to pay twice as much for "genius" service at the Apple Store. Plus Apple support told me my MacBook was antique so would cost extra to repair, if they could even do it - compared to EliteX who paid me for it!! Don't waste your money, support a local business instead!

He advised me not to fix it. Easier and better to get a new phone through my provider. He wouldn't take any money for his work but I gave him cash. He is very good and trustworthy. I have never had the work on my phone before. I have to say do not be turned off by the appearance of the store front. The windows have been cracked due to vandalism and Max is waiting on getting things fixed. Like many fix it shops there are things all over the place getting fixed and pulled apart...but after asking questions and getting answers I can tell you that Max deserves a great review.
