Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. My phone flew off the cars roof probably around 70-75 MPH. Once we realize the phone was missing we had to use find my friends to locate the phone. It was located off the side of Route 24 & the entire screen was completely destroyed. We went to Verizon to purchase a new phone and the kid who activated the new phone completely screwed it up.
