I searched for repair centers and found iCracked. Within 30 minutes after the initial dispatch was created, I was contacted by the closest technician to my home, Rob Starkey. We set up a place and time to meet on my day off and the rest is simply outstanding. In less than 2 hours I picked up my phone and it was as good as new... For a VERY reasonable price! They don't tell you that at this store. After 5 visits and 3 defective iphone glass repairs by this store we threw in the towel and tried to pay to have Apple just do it right with quality glass. Unfortunately we are stuck with a broken display and if anything happens to the phone we are totally at a loss. The main guy at Primetime was very rude on return visits, claiming we must have broken the glass or sat on the phone to ruin the glass. Issues ranged from the phone cutting out, speaker phone stopped working and green pixels on the display--none of which were issues before his repairs. I would avoid this store simply for the poor service. I would further avoid any store offerring iphone repais not named Apple. Shame on them for not warning us of the loss of our warranty.

I dropped off the phone and went to a nearby appointment. Because the phone was ready early I needed to have a family member pick it up. I hopped on a flight a few hours later and low and behold my screen stopped working! The screen would turn bright green and purple. I tried to restart the phone more than several times. Nothing worked. The screen would black out for days at a time so here I am outside the country with a phone that doesn't work. As soon as my plane landed I headed to the shop to find a different gentleman there. He told me I needed to come another day to see the guy that fixed the phone initially.
