I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer. Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.
