My iPhone's glass cracked, and I needed it repaired. I was told that the sub-product would work, and I believed the sales representative, because in the past it had been successful. But this time it was a disaster. The screen was hot to the touch, the camera wouldn't focus, and the touchscreen wasn't responsive. I went back to Anthony, and he adjusted the replacement screen, but you can't fix a bad product. I ended up at Apple, and the Genius Bar pointed out how high the glass screen was above the phone. He said, That's not a good replacement. I paid Apple $415.00 to replace the screen. I paid Cellular Mobile $200.00. The lesson here is not to go to Cellular Mobile for repair. Ever. read more

Came in to fix a cracked and water-damaged iPhone 15 Pro Max and left the store with a cheap screen that was promised to be compatible with 120 HZ, but it wasn't. Oh, and it also fried itself before I could even leave the building. When told there was no warranty available for a water-damaged phone, I simply asked if they could take another look at it, and left with again-- a new cheap screen that didn't fill the phone correctly and was not compatible with 120Hz refresh rate, a ruined front selfie camera that needs full room light to work, and down $300. At least it didn't fry itself out the door again! Ended up purchasing the new 17, knowing I have a ticking time bomb as a device. read more

This place takes 15 minutes to replace a phone screen and a battery. THAT IS REALLY FAST. They also have great costermer service. This place is cheaper and faster than Staples. read more

I actually run a computer shop down the street but I don't do phone screen replacements. (Too tiny for my nearly 50 year old eyes). We took my boy's phone here for a screen replacement and they got it done super quickly and very affordably. Customer services are fine and from what I've seen the repairs are quick and in line with what other repair stores provide and charge. I would be hesitant to buy a refurbished phone though. I purchased an iPhone that had a corrupt IMEI number that came up as flagged as stolen by my carrier. Despite the stores strict no refund policy they ended up refunding the entire amount since they had no idea this phone was a problem. Don't think they knew in advance that one phone had this issue. Lots of cases and accessories in a local store front is helpful. The employees here are very helpful and considerate. read more

I had two glass replacements at Cellular Mobile within 3 months this past summer. I've had my phone for nearly two years, and despite the fact that I do drop my phone often enough, the original glass didn't crack for nearly two years. Now, I'm on my third screen replaced by cellular within six months, and it's cracked again. After the second one cracked so quickly, I reached out to management with great initial difficulty and annoyance in tracking down someone who could help me, and getting a bit of a runaround. Finally reached Rani, the owner, and we reached a mutually agreeable compromise. I haven't claimed this third cracked screen and most likely will not have it replaced by them again. They say it's factory provided glass, but it seems much inferior and weaker than what my phone came with, despite them selling me an expensive Otter Box case to protect it. They were a hassle to deal with, and I think I'm done with them. read more

Would never go back to this place to get something fixed. Brought my Ipad there to et the screen fixed. Got it back, would not work with my case kept glitching. I brought it back to the store a couple days later and said it had nothing to do with them replacing the screen. Now i just wasted money on them just breaking it. Long story short: they broke the replacement screen the put on my phone, broke the sim card in the phone, broke the back of my phone. Never ever come here. Long story: I came in on a Sunday to get my screen and audio port replaced, they said they needed some parts so I should come in on Tuesday. Before I came in I called and asked if the parts were there and if they could fix my phone today, they said yes. When I arrived the single store employee which was the same one on the phone insisted he couldn't do the audio because he didnt know how to do it even though he said on the phone he could. So i leave my phone, come back in 30 minutes, and he had cracked the replacement screen he was putting on the phone which was the only one they had in store of the right color. He said he could put it on and give me a discount cause it was a small crack, I said sure. As he is putting it on, he breaks the sim card somehow and can't get it to work again. Then while he is messing around with that he cracks the untouched back of my phone. To add insult to injury he made me pay full price for me to walk away with the phone which I needed the next day, even though I have no actual service just the saved info. So I paid $250 for a broken replacement screen, a broken sim card, and a broken back on my phone when I came in with just a cracked screen. read more
