They have a LOT of technology items and phone cases for everything you can think of. Moreover, I get my "screensavers" or glass-tempered screen protectors from here. I pay for the woman to apply them, because I fail to put them on myself without getting bubbles or without them being un-even. She is a PRO and has been doing this for many YEARS. As for the items, you pay for what you get for as there are many are novelty items and dollar store quality, but you can find a lot of use for their technology and phone related items for a fraction of the price at another store- whether for makeshift jobs or very temporary use. It's a unique store of its kind for Western Massachusetts.

Came back for a screen repair with Jasmine's help. After a few years of Cracked Solution fixing my…read morephones reliably, I'm grateful they're a 'fixture' here in the Hampshire Mall. Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone. The phones of western MA are in good hands--at least, those hands fixing your phone after we drop them. She even had a spare screen protector that fit my phone.

I am pretty frustrated with the printing services here. I was in the store 8 times in the last week…read moretrying to get a simple enlargement of a quilting block pattern. The first time I went to get a sample printed I was so excited. Thomas knew what I was saying and printed it perfectly. So I ordered additional printouts of the exact same thing and a few of the same thing, but mirror imaged. That order has never been printed properly. I know it's possible, since Thomas did it, but everyone else hasn't been able to manage it. I finally thought it was done properly, but when I got it home and measured it with my quilting tools, they are still wrong. They are also pixelated and funky, even though the sample I had printed was perfect. I don't understand how a simple 200% enlargement could be so difficult. I know it's possible. And I know their machines can do it. But going back to try to explain it and get it fixed AGAIN simply isn't worth the frustration. I would love a refund, but I am too annoyed at this point to even go in the store. I will be going to the local, family owned print shop on Monday. Hopefully they will be able to help me.

I brought a 50 page bound document to be copied. I was told it would be ready after 12:00 the next…read moreday. I went in to pick it up at 1:00 and was told it wouldn't be ready until 7:00. The explanation: it was "complicated" and they had difficulty rebinding the original. They said to come back at 7:00. I spoke to the manager who also said it was a "complicated" job. I simply asked why I wasn't told that in the first place. Very poor communication with no accountability. The manager wanted to blame the girl at the counter. I told him that it is his job to train his help and not the girl's fault.
