Came back for a screen repair with Jasmine's help. After a few years of Cracked Solution fixing my phones reliably, I'm grateful they're a 'fixture' here in the Hampshire Mall. Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone. The phones of western MA are in good hands--at least, those hands fixing your phone after we drop them. She even had a spare screen protector that fit my phone. read more

I thought I would have to have the port replaced on my old I-Phone SE at best or buy a new phone at worst, but Jasmine just cleaned out the port with tweezers! Then she replaced the screen protector on my phone and my husband's as well. I feel like I have a brand new phone! Magic! For an unbelievably low price. Thank you, Jasmine! read more

Friendly, professional, fairly-priced. I've had two phones fixed here over the past few years - a Samsung Galaxy screen replacement and a Google Pixel with a charging issue. I walked away happy both times. read more

Expert repair and excellent customer service once again! I would highly recommend Cracked Solutions!!!

Needed a charging port for an iPhone 6s. Had it ready within a half an hour and was literally less than half the price of other places I called and got quotes from. Owner is friendly, fast and affordable. Even if you don't live in Amherst, it's definitely worth the drive to get your electronics fixed. read more

I brought Ricky my Galaxy Note 5 with a totally purple screen. He was able to get a new screen overnight and fixed my phone. He even put a new screen protector on it. The speed at which he got the part and made the repair was impressive, since several well-known repair places can take several days just to get the parts in. After repairing my phone, Ricky noticed that the front (selfie) camera didn't work quite right. He got another camera and replaced that within 25 minutes. If you have a broken phone, do yourself a favor and visit Ricky at Cracked Solution. He's both experienced and knowledgeable and will solve your phone problem(s) fast while doing quality work. read more

great, fast service w/ Student Discount This is my second time coming here for a cracked iPhone screen. Top notch service at a great price! Had a screen protector installed in 5 minutes. Obviously if someone's there before you you'll have to wait longer, but it's worth it! read more

I brought my iPhone in because I'd dropped it and cracked the screen. He had the right replacement screen in stock, took out the old one and checked it to make sure it would work right in front of me, then completed the work in 20 minutes. Thank you! Fast and professional. I'll definitely return when I crack my screen again. read more

This guy is something else. Knocked out my daughter's smashed screen, installed a protective glass cover and an Otterbox, and had it done in 25 minutes. When I went to pay the bill I had to look twice and make sure that he had charged me for the accessories, which he did. Crazy reasonable/cheap prices and great service. read more

Have cracked my phone multiple times and always come here. Guy knows exactly what the problem is, fixes the phone within 10 minutes, and is always incredibly friendly and social. Also quite cheap especially for students ! Would recommend 110% read more

Went in and explained my issue (water damage) and he opened up and checked my phone within an hour. He was great - explained everything to me clearly, and although he couldn't fix it (the thing is pretty much toast, just my luck) he told me what I might be able to do about it if I'm desperate to salvage it and didn't charge me a cent. Awesome service, definitely going again if I have other cell phone issues. read more

I got the screen on my iPad Air fixed quickly and it is working great. The price was fairly reasonable too (especially if you compare it to what an Apple store would charge for the same). read more

I visited Cracked Solutions after seeing all the great reviews. I shattered the screen of my iPhone 7 and was able to get the screen replaced with a complimentary screen protector in 40 minutes. However, I immediately began to have problems later in the day. A lot of the touch sensitivity of my screen has been lost and it is extremely erratic. Each touch instead opens other apps and selects the wrong fields. The keyboard is less accurate and sensitive and overall the integrity of the touch screen has been completely lost. The screen is especially difficult to use while the phone is charging, to the point that the phone is unusable. The color of the screen is another problem - the colors are muted and colored gray instead of having the clarity and light it is supposed to, which I noticed immediately after having the screen replaced. The quality of the work was not bad per say, but there are major problems with the screen and I will be going elsewhere to have it fixed. A waste of the $93 dollars. It is a pity because I really wanted to like this business. read more

Seriously worth the trip, the reviews did not lie! I had a completely shattered my iPhone 6, the screen went completely black on me after I dropped it on my RUG! Crazy! But I figured I would go to Cracked Solution and test my luck. The technician working and was so helpful!!! He assured me my phone was still functional and completely fixable!! I left my phone, grabbed some lunch, and my phone was back to normal! Seriously exceptional service. Best phone fix place in town. read more

Came in for a charging port change and motherboard fried during the fix. I have to replace the whole phone.

I had an issue with my installed screen not working and moved across country. This company gave me many options to how to rectify this. I chose a refund, and it was given promptly. A difficult situation was handled amazingly by this company. Thanks guys! read more

Cracked the bottom of my iPhone 6s screen after dropping it on the ground. Went here a few hours later because it was close to where I was and had good reviews, and came back and hour later to get the repaired phone. At first I was happy as he had offered to put a screen protector on and the phone seemingly worked fine. However after a month I've noticed that a lot of the finer screen motions have been lost. For example it's super difficult to get 3D touch to work, and the zoom with two fingers doesn't really work anymore either. Overall it was ok service for the price. read more
