There are not enough Great things that I can say about Geek Bro Repair. They were recommended by a…read moreco-worker and I'm so happy I went with Larry (the owner). I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

The solution required on-site visits, hands-on work, and contact with a computer software vendor located in Europe. Bob is expert at diagnosing and trouble-shooting individual computers and complex business network systems. His prices are reasonable. He is always punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I recommend Bob's Computer Services to anyone needing first-rate attention to their home or business computer system. I have received no financial or other consideration for posting this review.

All of these attributes are especially important to someone like me, who is a dinosaur in this age of technology. They have always provided exemplary service, regardless of the problem, and in a surprisingly prompt time frame. I certainly endorse and recommend this company - which, incidentally, is ever so conveniently located right on Route 20 in Wilbraham.

The biggest concern I had with previous companies is trust, Complete IT Solution has a wonderful building, you walk in, everything is professional, they have a great team there happy to help you out. Corey the owner is a pleasure to talk to, and so are his employees. Their rates are great, and have not changed so far! I know they also do work for the big businesses in the area, these guys are extremely experienced. They always call me when the repair has been finished, to let me know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it. I also remember this one time I came in with my old pc, and asked them to fix it, the tech said, "sure I can fix it now but you will be back here in a month asking for another repair" I was impressed! instead of fixing something that is not worth fixing, I walked out of there with some recommendations on a new one, and they didn't even charge me for it. Now that's why I can trust these guys! I came back the next day with a new pc that they recommended me, they were able to move all my files from my old one to the new, and so far this new one is much faster and am very happy!
