I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

They have a LOT of technology items and phone cases for everything you can think of. Moreover, I get my "screensavers" or glass-tempered screen protectors from here. I pay for the woman to apply them, because I fail to put them on myself without getting bubbles or without them being un-even. She is a PRO and has been doing this for many YEARS. As for the items, you pay for what you get for as there are many are novelty items and dollar store quality, but you can find a lot of use for their technology and phone related items for a fraction of the price at another store- whether for makeshift jobs or very temporary use. It's a unique store of its kind for Western Massachusetts.

Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone. It is absurd how long it took to fix both of the laptops and I say "fix" very sparingly. One of them is much slower and the camera no longer works and the other is incredibly slow and will not load anything. If I wasn't already so fed up with the place I would bring them back to get fixed again but enough damage was already done. I was very understanding at first but they went ahead and ordered different parts for each laptop just because they felt like it. Nobody contacted me to see if I was okay with what was ordered and what part was going into which laptop. I was never kept updated, I was always the one calling them asking for updates and almost every time I called "the person who works on them isn't here so I don't have an update". It was some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didn't care about whether or not I was pleased with my experience. I will not go back to this place for anything. 2 months later, a lot of money, & both of my macs are not anywhere near fixed the way they should be. I am not one to post reviews but I mentioned how unsatisfied I was and, again, they did not care in the slightest. I did not bring my laptops there to pay all of this money to get then back in even worse conditions than they were before. Unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.

Long review coming!!!! Stolen phone…read more... So. I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus from an electronic store in Holyoke. It worked great, no problems...for WiFi. It turned out the phone was locked to T-Mobile so I had to find somewhere to unlock it for me. This was the fourth place I came, after being recommended here by the Verizon workers of the Holyoke Mall. I went there one day and long story short the guy said he could unlock it for me, great! But it would take at least 3 days. I had a working phone so I didn't really care. Three days pass and no call from the guy. Went to the mall about a week and a half later and he said "I need to talk to you." He then proceeded to look all around for what I was assuming was my phone. He then tells me my phone was STOLEN OFF THE COUNTER. He apologized over and over but what good would that do? The cost to unlock the phone was 160. He pulled out a bag of 'brand new phones' and offers me an iPhone 7Plus for 240 because that's as low as he'd go. I explained to him I'm a new mom who has no income and I couldn't do that. He was really annoying me at this point so he said he'd install a glass screen protector and give me a case free. I said yes just to get out of there. I should NOT have paid as much as I did, THEY had my phone stolen. 100% not going back there to fix a phone again!!
