The technician explained that it was a software update issue and to complete x steps and it would correct itself. I updated the software and the camera which was functional prior to repair was still not functioning. I called the store and was transferred to the owner who screamed at me saying camera failing was a known issue, and that I should have known that it was a possibility. She didn't want to take responsibility for the issue. I would not use this store and would not recommend this store or services to anyone. I would give it a zero if I could!

I pay for the woman to apply them, because I fail to put them on myself without getting bubbles or without them being un-even. She is a PRO and has been doing this for many YEARS. As for the items, you pay for what you get for as there are many are novelty items and dollar store quality, but you can find a lot of use for their technology and phone related items for a fraction of the price at another store- whether for makeshift jobs or very temporary use. It's a unique store of its kind for Western Massachusetts.

Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone. The phones of western MA are in good hands--at least, those hands fixing your phone after we drop them. She even had a spare screen protector that fit my phone.

It is absurd how long it took to fix both of the laptops and I say "fix" very sparingly. One of them is much slower and the camera no longer works and the other is incredibly slow and will not load anything. If I wasn't already so fed up with the place I would bring them back to get fixed again but enough damage was already done. I was very understanding at first but they went ahead and ordered different parts for each laptop just because they felt like it. Nobody contacted me to see if I was okay with what was ordered and what part was going into which laptop. I was never kept updated, I was always the one calling them asking for updates and almost every time I called "the person who works on them isn't here so I don't have an update". It was some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didn't care about whether or not I was pleased with my experience. I will not go back to this place for anything. 2 months later, a lot of money, & both of my macs are not anywhere near fixed the way they should be. I am not one to post reviews but I mentioned how unsatisfied I was and, again, they did not care in the slightest. I did not bring my laptops there to pay all of this money to get then back in even worse conditions than they were before. Unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.

I bring it in today because she needs a new screen protector. Well turns out there is a huge crack UNDER the screen protector. The one that is advertised to not break even with being hit by a hammer etc. false advertisement for sure. So not only did THEIR screen protector break, but THEIR screen as well. This is not the first screen protector I've had to fix with them either, my husbands began lifting only a short time after putting it on. They proceed to tell me they are going to give me the screen protector for $15 then. NO. I'm not giving you any more of my money. So he says he will give me the screen protector for free. Well sure now we have a covered screen but the cracks underneath are there. They refused to stick by their product. Even compared it to hitting a piñata. It could break or not. So I speak to the owner and he says he can replace the screen but for $80. Are you out of your mind ?! I'm not giving you another dime of my money.
