I dropped off 2 macbook airs on July 27th. I just finally picked up the last one today, September 18th. It is absurd how long it took to fix both of the laptops and I say "fix" very sparingly. One of them is much slower and the camera no longer works and the other is incredibly slow and will not load anything. If I wasn't already so fed up with the place I would bring them back to get fixed again but enough damage was already done. I was very understanding at first but they went ahead and ordered different parts for each laptop just because they felt like it. Nobody contacted me to see if I was okay with what was ordered and what part was going into which laptop. I was never kept updated, I was always the one calling them asking for updates and almost every time I called "the person who works on them isn't here so I don't have an update". It was some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didn't care about whether or not I was pleased with my experience. I will not go back to this place for anything. 2 months later, a lot of money, & both of my macs are not anywhere near fixed the way they should be. I am not one to post reviews but I mentioned how unsatisfied I was and, again, they did not care in the slightest. I did not bring my laptops there to pay all of this money to get then back in even worse conditions than they were before. Unacceptable and I do not recommend this place. read more
