They have a LOT of technology items and phone cases for everything you can think of. Moreover, I get my "screensavers" or glass-tempered screen protectors from here. I pay for the woman to apply them, because I fail to put them on myself without getting bubbles or without them being un-even. She is a PRO and has been doing this for many YEARS. As for the items, you pay for what you get for as there are many are novelty items and dollar store quality, but you can find a lot of use for their technology and phone related items for a fraction of the price at another store- whether for makeshift jobs or very temporary use. It's a unique store of its kind for Western Massachusetts.

Cracked Solution is like the Android™ Genius™ Bar, but in your local mall patio. I've had to exhaustively research repairing screens, since even as an adept computer repair person, cell phones are a class of their own. Beyond soldiering, the cell phone industry is a complex pipeline of suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. The price they repaired my screen for was much less expensive than competitors' offers online for the same service: a factory-original screen and replacement within your device. I was not willing to save $40 and possibly lose a week with my phone. I was not willing to find a factory-original screen, disassemble my device, and move anything if I needed to. And, I was not able to consider shopping around for more than just screens, but waterproof adhesives that match my unit or shaping a generic to do the same. The familiar tech (Jas.) who has fixed my phones many times when scheduled, will fix it within a few hours, or one hour in my case. Did you get all that? No? Then take your phone to these people and they'll deal with it. Samsung is one of the vendors, unlike Apple™, that can offer direct purchases of original replacements (OEM?) for their devices. (Plus, Samsung has Samsung So-Fi, which made anti-Racist commitments all throughout the 2020s.) I only brought my phone for repairs before because I had phone insurance that covered it. Having had quality service two times before the third really helped ring it in: how are they managing the complex smartphone supply chain???? But they are, and making repairs. I'm assuming they'd do more than Android as well. (PS: Trademarks of Google and Apple used without affiliation nor permission, I'm an amateur reviewer who is grumpy with the massive phone ecosystem at the moment. I am pretty frustrated with the printing services here. I was in the store 8 times in the last week…read moretrying to get a simple enlargement of a quilting block pattern. The first time I went to get a sample printed I was so excited. Thomas knew what I was saying and printed it perfectly. So I ordered additional printouts of the exact same thing and a few of the same thing, but mirror imaged. That order has never been printed properly. I know it's possible, since Thomas did it, but everyone else hasn't been able to manage it. I finally thought it was done properly, but when I got it home and measured it with my quilting tools, they are still wrong. They are also pixelated and funky, even though the sample I had printed was perfect. I don't understand how a simple 200% enlargement could be so difficult. I know it's possible. And I know their machines can do it. But going back to try to explain it and get it fixed AGAIN simply isn't worth the frustration. I would love a refund, but I am too annoyed at this point to even go in the store. I will be going to the local, family owned print shop on Monday. Hopefully they will be able to help me.

Whatever you do DO NOT EVER DROP OFF A UPS PACKAGE AT THIS STAPLES STORE!!!!!!…read more I left a UPS package on April 16 and, thankfully, asked for my receipt. Five days later there is no record of this package in the UPS system . I went to Staples to follow up and the manager basically says "not my problem", and told me to call UPS. He wouldn't even go to check to see if my package could still be in the room where they keep packages for pickup. I realize that UPS package drop off is not their main business but the total lack of any sense of customer service by the manager reflects very poorly on the store. I would give it zero stars if possible!!!
