His colleague was also super helpful and I didn't catch her name!! But she sold me on a new car magnet adapter phone holder thing that I've needed for ages. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave.
