All of their glass, wood and metal items were 50% off and the store was packed with items. This store also had a phenomenal selection of fabrics which were reasonably priced. They had a ton of sports themed prints, one of my favorites being the Patriots prints. This store also had a ton of craft items such as painting supplies. The final nice part about this store is that they have an incredible clearance section in the rear of the store. The staff was really polite and helpful when we asked them to assist with finding an item. We will definitely be coming back to this store to stock up on items for our home!

I thought I would find a bunch of stuff hodge-lodged together but everything was well organized. I had brought several large items to sell. The staff was overwhelmed with intake and they were short staff. The people I worked with were calm and interested in working with me. I had one item I thought I would get more for however it was explained to me that a large box store that employs millions around the world and pays them next to nothing, drives the prices for most things they buy. I get it. You can't keep the lights on if you aren't selling enough at the right prices!! Here you will find name brand clothing in good if not great shape. Toys and accessories priced well. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I was not a consignment shopper before today but I think I've changed my mind about that. This new home decor store located in the old Final Markdown store seems like an amazing shop on paper, but after walking through the store we very quickly changed our minds. The concept behind the store is great, a rustic inspired shop with a ton of nice decor items. First flaw, everything is overpriced. From the small knickknacks to the larger signs, everything is too expensive. You can find similar items at the Yankee Candle across the street for a few dollars less. Second flaw, the store is a complete mess. If you are going to open up a shop then organize the store before opening your doors. If you are in transition, then at least greet your guests and apologize for the appearance of your store. Third flaw, I alluded to it in the second comment, but the staff here was absent. We wandered past the counter and random employees at least four times and not one staff member acknowledged us. Actually, none of the other customers were acknowledged either. Final flaw, they closed the customer bathrooms here. I know this is a small issue, but if I have to climb over boxes to look at your items then at least have an operational bathroom. That all being said, I will give this store the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the organization of the store (it's fairly new), but lack of customer service is not acceptable especially as a new business.

GPS originally took us right to the address, but there is not currently a sign out front (working on that), so I kept driving. Thank goodness the building is large and bright blue. When I called to make sure we were heading to the right place, the woman that answered the phone confirmed. Thankfully, we called, because it's an appointment only store. We turned around and parked on the street, in front of the building. Upon walking in we were shown a limited edition 49 and Market, Evergreen Season Bundle. There are some amazing products for scrapping and crafting that are only available at AIR (Alliance of Independent Retailers) locations. Of course I bought one. We were given a little background on the building's interesting history and got a few tips from Tanya. The building is old but you wouldn't realize it from all of the work that the family has put into it. Unfortunately, we kept Tanya from her coffee, but hopefully she had as good a time as my mom and me. My mom found a punch she has been searching for. I found some quilling materials and we both snagged some stuff for crafting. There is a great paper selection, along with stickers and embellishments. I found some cute wood decorations that I just can't wait to start decoupaging and painting. The pricing was great. There were even items offered at discounted prices. Given the choice I would much rather give my business to an independent business like Life's Memories. Having such an amazing selection and friendly owner just adds to the enjoyment!

The only issue that we have when we come to this particular location is that the checkout aisle are horrendous. Quite often we have to wait forever to check out which can be a pain. In the end not a bad spot to shop and Big Lots usually has some pretty good deals!

I'll reevaluate once we actually go to pick up our furniture, but I'm super psyched about the mega-deal we got on a huge bookshelf and vintage chair here. There were at least a few other quality items here, far more than at any other store. Of course, thrifting is always about the luck of the day, and who knows what they'll have when you stop in? The staff is, at least, quite friendly and willing to do what it takes to make sure you buy from them.
