This store is a real trip - you will find one helluva totally random section of cheap crap everywhere. They have a wall full of "Slightly Out of Date" over the counter cold remedies and pain killers, cheap greeting cards, cheap Tee Shirts, cheap baseball caps, cheap school supplies, cheap socks and candy and sunglasses, and more varieties of masking tape than I ever knew existed. We picked up a long sleeve T shirt and some packing tape for a fraction of what we would have paid anywhere else. LOL- totally random stuff indeed !

However, I noticed the associate watching me closely as I looked for my size and I didn't want to be THAT person keeping her late, so I left without buying anything. I went to another store and then back to my car- which is when I noticed it was 5:55. The point being the associate at 25 Central rushed me out when I could have had time to find my size and make a purchase well before 6pm when they closed that day. I ended up driving to Hadley and buying a shirt at a big chain store- which is what I was trying to avoid! Maybe this is me getting old and grumpy, but I'm frustrated by how places like this don't serve the average working person. Most people work until 5:30, which gives very little time to get in and out of a store. On top of that, I actually did have time to shop and leave before closing, but was pressured to leave. If the owner reads these, I hope they are open to this feedback!

Although some items were more costly than what I was willing to pay, I loved the simple design of certain tank tops and long sleeves to the intricate dressed and crop tops. Fun accessories included hair clips, tights, scarfs, jewelry and more. If it weren't already having stocked the area behind their desk with a pile of clothes already, we would have bought so much more. Was home all day so I know no delivery attempt was ever made or tried again. Called main number for Walmart Customer Service and they filed a complaint against the delivery driver for lying. Then called the store and spoke to the guy that handles online orders. He said he doesn't have my name or order number. Placed another order online for similar but not same items so total was more. Delivery was then later received for first order and information about second order completely disappeared. This is a clown operation.

So I got gas. I then got charged by SmartPay which I think is the name of the company they use, $35.00 fee for using the card. The company would not allow for this at all, they kept hounding me and keep doing so for that $35.00 fee. I talked to customer service representatives, supervisor there, and finally I spoke to the man who was managing the day I stopped there. I was just asking if he would do anything since his employees ran the card and told me it was ok. He got very upset and talked rudely to me, "what can I do?" angrily, I am not going to do anything? You have to call the company". I said "I did they won't take away that fee". "well, that's your responsibility" he said and on and on. I was livid at the way he talked to me, no respect or compassion. He actually seemed psychologically imbalanced or mentally imbalanced or emotionally off. So, now, if I don't pay the fee, I can't get the gas card. So because of the principle, I am not getting a Cumberland gas card. So inhumane.
