As I browsed NO ONE even greeted me so after 10 minutes and still no greeting and 3 salesmen still chatting amongst themselves. I left the store went across the parking lot and spent my $859.30 at DXL where I received OUTSTANDING service!. What does it take to get decent customer service these days?
