They barely seem to look through items before rejecting them, yet somehow the racks are full of the same styles they claim they "can't take." The whole process feels really inconsistent and unfair. Customer service is also pretty bad. Employees seem stressed, management looks disorganized, and the overall vibe of the store just feels negative. It's not a welcoming place to shop or sell. There are way better resale stores around that actually treat customers with respect and are transparent about what they accept. I wouldn't waste my time here again.
