Normally when I find a store up north that I like but isn't available in good ol' Florida; I'll say…read moresomething along the lines of: "Well gosh golly!! Wish they had this store down in Florida!" .....Why did I suddenly picture little Timmy from Lassie? Anyway, I'm going to be selfish this time around and say that I hope Joey'z ne ..... Now.. let's just hold our horses here a minute. Why is there a Z and not an S after Joey? Maybe the change in that one letter makes all the difference in the world and I am suddenly hip and cool when I tell people: "Yeah bro; I shop at Joey'zzzzzzzzzzzzz" or maybe it's meant to be pronounced with a French accent so people think you're super sophisticated for shopping there. So if you're still actually reading my ramblings, the reason why I like this store and always stop by when I'm in town is because they have really nice, cheap household items. I'm specifically referring to curtains, table cloths, and kitchen gadgets. The designs and styles are beautiful and in my side of town are rare to come across unless you're willing to shovel out a small fortune and even then they don't look as nice. Thank you Joey, Le Joey'zzzzzzzzzz or yo Joeyz for making something cheap look beautiful and expensive.

Joey'z loses a point off the top for being called "Joey'z" but gains one for its outrageous window…read moredisplay with dozens of incredibly faded bathroom sets and the like crowding every inch of glass. It's inspiring. It really draws you in. As for the actual merchandise, it's definitely not expensive, but the store is chock-full of the stuff that gets 2 stars on Amazon, the cheap no-brand imports that might photograph OK from one angle and one angle only. (I actually saw a dish rack here that I nearly bought on Amazon but shied away from because it looked likely to fall apart. It was cheaper at Joey'z but no less questionable -- and I'm just cheap enough that I might go back for it.) If you want thin curtains or normal shower curtains, they have a HUGE selection! Seriously, more than Bed, Bath & Beyond. But nothing over about $15.

This place is DISGUSTING. Dust EVERYWHERE, horrible service, awful musty smell. I felt a dyer need…read moreto wash my hands twice when I left that place because you can just feel the layers of dust sitting on their merchandise. I went there 2 times and both times when I walked in, the lady just looked at me and turned her head. I asked if she could help me grab something on the top shelf and she sighed, grabbed it for me and then when I asked a simple "wow, this is different! have you tried this?" She said in a very irritating manner "i dont know anything about that. I just sell it so just leave it there if you dont want it." All while walking away from me, no eye contact. I then stood in line waiting and waiting to be checked out while she was having side conversations with someone she knew. Conversations about grandchildren even though shes only in her 60's and how she wants one, how she doesnt want to wait till shes "10ft under" (thought the saying was 6ft under but anyways), talking about a restaurant near by, etc etc ALL WHILE SHE KNEW I WAS WAITING TO BE RUNG UP. As soon as I was about to put my stuff down and walk out, she goes "you need something?" I told her "yeah I'm waiting for you to ring me out." And she took my stuff, rang it, took my money AND THEN CONTINUED HER CONVO WHILE HOLDING ONTO MY MONEY!! She didnt put it in the register, she didnt get my change, she just held onto it and carried on with her conversation. I then wanted to take the money back and leave, thats when she opened the register, got my change and as I held my hand out for her to hand me my change, she just laid it on the counter for me to pick the change up. She didn't put my things in a bag, she didn't say thank you nor did she say goodbye. She just put my change on the counter and continued her conversation with the other person. I don't ever really see cars parked on their side of the parking lot and My mother and I were the only customers. No wonder why! I have a business of my own, my whole family does. That is not how you run a business. I felt SO disrespected while shopping there. I was not rude, I was smiley when I walked in and I always try to speak politely and professionally. If that lady isnt the owner then that place needs a new employee or new staff members. Someone who can utilize the down time to tidy up the place and can offer decent customer service. Completely unacceptable. I would give it 0 stars if I could, shame to this business.

This family-owned grocery and deli does almost everything right. We love it…read more They support community, engage with customers, buy quality produce, have a great deli, and now even feature homemade sourdough bread for sale. They have great specials too Two things to do for five stars: switch to avocado-based mayo for deli (Costco has a giant jar that's economical and would change to a healthful mayo instead of toxic seed oil based mayo). And, just a thought: Offer real oven-roasted turkey, not processed turkey, in the deli for non chemical meats. Thanks for caring so much. Great job.

They bring so much h to our community, have AMAZING products and the deli sandwiches are beyond amazing!!! Get the "Angry Italian" you will NOT be disappointed! Great prices, different things to try. Also they have a cute little spot to get coffee and hang out/eat....WHILE watching your kids play in the cutest little mock grocery store they built inside! The platters are delish and look wonderful. I recently had the bruschetta platter. The bread was tasty and the bruschetta itself ad side of balsamic glaze paired perfect! Lastly the "giving board" where members of the community give others a meal, coffee, etc. in case they are hungry/not enough money. Thank you for being a staple in our community!!!
