Waste of 30$, Horrible experience, Rude managers, police called over nothing…read more was greeted by a nice lady for a return on an item i purchased on doordash and wasn't sure how to return, she called a manager and instead of helping me, he told me in a very rude way he was the second up manager and couldn't do anything to help me, even after showing him the door dash receipt he said he couldn't help because the item was different than the item on the receipt, but, that was my issue, the dasher got the wrong item. Instead of trying to help me, he insisted there was absolutely nothing that can happen and i lost my money, so i asked for him to call a higher up manager, he proceeded to phone police without warning to remove me. he used an excuse that he needed to watch the front when there was already somebody watching. what a horrible place with a miserable manager.

I'm a huge five below fan and I must say I love this location!…read more I went with my kids a few days before Christmas (I'm an idiot lol) and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of quality items they still had. This location had a lot more licensed products than the one in West Springfield and it is a larger store. They had frozen, paw patrol, Yankees/ Red Sox/ patriots gear, just about everything. The store was very clean and well stocked. I will say that they definitely had mostly toys and gifts, which is super smart based on the season. The line was hella long, but it moved quickly and the staff was friendly. Good job!

This family-owned grocery and deli does almost everything right. We love it…read more They support community, engage with customers, buy quality produce, have a great deli, and now even feature homemade sourdough bread for sale. They have great specials too Two things to do for five stars: switch to avocado-based mayo for deli (Costco has a giant jar that's economical and would change to a healthful mayo instead of toxic seed oil based mayo). And, just a thought: Offer real oven-roasted turkey, not processed turkey, in the deli for non chemical meats. Thanks for caring so much. Great job.

From the moment you walk in the door it's so homey feeling. The owners are both super sweet people…read moreas well as the others that work there! They bring so much h to our community, have AMAZING products and the deli sandwiches are beyond amazing!!! Get the "Angry Italian" you will NOT be disappointed! Great prices, different things to try. Also they have a cute little spot to get coffee and hang out/eat....WHILE watching your kids play in the cutest little mock grocery store they built inside! The platters are delish and look wonderful. I recently had the bruschetta platter. The bread was tasty and the bruschetta itself ad side of balsamic glaze paired perfect! Lastly the "giving board" where members of the community give others a meal, coffee, etc. in case they are hungry/not enough money. Thank you for being a staple in our community!!!

I want to love this Goodwill store. People are nice, and…read moresometimes you can find good deals but there are times where I'm wondering if people pricing the stuff are high. You have an item that still has the store's sticker on it priced at .99 cents but Goodwill is selling it for 4.99 is that a joke? Because it succeeded in making me laugh and put it right back on the shelf for the next patron to laugh at. Then, you have items that are clearly from dollar tree priced at 1.99, 2.99 doesn't make a bit of sense to me. Also, there was this one time my mom and I were looking at this small antique folding table and we asked one of the workers to help us unfold it to see how it looked like completely extended and I kid you not, the table fell to pieces on the floor, and we were all staring at each other like, what just happened? The worker had a good sense of humor about it, "Guess it's not for sale after all". But my point is, someone had to have known it was broken in the back, why put it out for sale anyway? Check your items well before you purchase them, especially things like furniture, electronics, and housewares. I don't understand why Goodwill sells some things reasonably and others so expensive especially since many people are donating this stuff so that those who are going through difficult situations can afford it, not for Goodwill to be profiteering off of those who are already in unfortunate circumstances.

It's located in a modern strip mall with plenty of parking, and workers are taking the time to create displays. There was even a Halloween/Trick or Treat display to remind us that it is coming up.
