Not a big deal, but she turned it into one. I asked if she would be willing to still honor it, since mine never came. She said yes. I proceeded to check out with a pricey shirt. $150.00, so 20% would have knocked off $30. I also was using a $100 gift certificate a friend had purchased from her for a bd gift for me. Because I was using the certificate, she said I couldn't use the coupon, because she wasn't selling her last Italian shirt for $20, and I could use it next time. Huh ? She wasn't selling it for $20. My girlfriend had paid her $100 and I was giving her $20, so she was getting $120.00 for it, but she carried on, and I really got to see who I have been supporting for so many years. Beyond that, she was telling fabricated stories, and really made herself look bad. I will not recommend her shop to anyone, nor will I go there again. This is not how you treat repeat customers, or any customers for that matter.

I was warmly greeted by the owner (but not hassled...just greeted and left to shop as I wished) and took about 45 minutes to look around (could have stayed 2 hours were it not for a time crunch on my end). There were TONS of really great pieces from luxury to mid-level brand labels at VERY reasonable prices. The tags all indicated what the price of the item was when it was new (I cross checked a couple on line and they absolutely added up), the price of the item that they were selling it for and then the discounted price of the item if it had been at the shop for a while (example: after 11/25/23, my jacket dropped 20% in price). Case in point: I had been coveting a Pendleton wool jacket that I found used on Poshmark for $325. I got the same jacket in MINT condition today at La Glam for $76. Shoe selection is particularly good. This is not a Goodwill. If you want luxury brands at reasonable prices, this is your spot. I highly recommend!
