If you're going to have security, keep them at the entrance/exit. It's rude and uncomfortable for them to profile your shoppers and follow them around the store. -seasonal items don't stay long. It took a little while to check out, as several people were returning items they were likely gifted for Christmas. Jamie found a pair of pants, listed for $29.99 but stocked under a sign toting 50% off. When we got up to the register, the pants were on sale... for $29. A whole 99c off. Whoopee! He decided to go ahead and purchase, as he did really like the fit and feel of the pants (casual, without the "cheap" material). Go for the creepy mannequins (headless babies, male mannequins with their hands in an awkwardly forced BDSM-esque position behind their backs), perhaps pick up a pair of pants.
