I love this mall and especially when it has Macys, Pandora and Bath and Body Works. I can come here and go to the post office, eat at many different restaurants and Target is heree as well. I will definitely be back.

Pretty bad. Top level is OK. Basement is INTERESTING; some vacancies and 'who goes there!' Stores. JC PENNY and TARGET and APPLE available.

This mall immediately comes across very dated, like a sad 1980's time capsule with all of the blond wood and brass everywhere. The food court looks right out of the 1985 movie "Commando". As I was eating my lunch, I was expecting to see Arnold Schwarzenegger swinging through like Tarzan, right before he beats up 20 security guards. Another annoying feature is that the mall has a road that rings the outside of the parking lot, making it hard to get to the actual mall. You feel like you are orbiting around the place like a satellite around the Earth. Very frustrating. However, as I was eating lunch, I thought about things a bit and realized that this mall was not all that bad. Yes, the place was very dated looking, but it was very well maintained - it was not falling apart. And, although it was a Thursday afternoon, the mall was busy and the stores all seemed to be buzzing with customers. Hey, they have a Williams-Sonoma - so if people in the area are prepared to pay $300 for a frying pan, the mall can't be that bad.

This is a very old mall, but not yet on the website deadmalls.com but Im not sure why not. Although, to be fair, it is all occupied and it was busy when I was there last. Parking was difficult, but that may be because some was blocked off, I assume for improvement/upgrade. Its a HUGE mall, and has Macys next to DSW, so a little bit of everything. There is even a Post Office here. You can get your haircut, mail some packages, do your banking, buy cookies, find formal wear for your party tonight, and then get matching shoes. Only thing missing is truly easy parking.

Hmmm won't fit in your stockin

Honestly not my favorite place to travel to as I'm much closer to many of the same stores in Enfield, CT and I dread the traffic around Springfield because of the I-91 off ramp modifications being made for the new casino. Nonetheless, there are many more stores there than in Enfield, hence; I go reluctantly. Parking is always very easy unless it is around Christmas Season but even then I manage to find a convenient spot. Sears, JCP, Macys, Christmas Tree Shop, Best Buy are a few of the reasons I brave the traffic cluster. When you figure the delay in travel time, I find shopping at Buckland Hills Mall in Manchester, CT about the the same travel time these days. In most instances Holyoke is probably more convenient despite the traffic so for now they remain on the list.

Very crowded, didn't have the restaurants I'm used to eat. There's plenty of stores if you need in the region.

Honestly, this place is pretty great! All the small malls are going out of business and this place has been keeping it together.

This seems like an older mall, definitely a step above Buckland but below West Farms, definitely not a Natick either.

Well, Santa only got a $35 gift card because he didn't know what the going rate was for a Build-A-Bear. Truth be told, you'll likely need a little bit more than that unless you're building a budget-basement bear. $56 is a little bit steep for the finished product we have, but they're a company paying pricey mall rents so -- I get it. You first have to pick a "shell" of an animal that ranges in the mid-$20s for most options. Then, decide if you want it to sing, be scented and how "stuffed" you want it to be. Then there's a bunch of clothing options -- which can be really overwhelming for a parent since you're probably trying to control the cost but your child is ripping everything off it's hook and bringing it back to the "try on" area. The staff was all really kind and perfect for the business they were in. I was really impressed with Brandi. She had a great attitude and really got into her role of working with children. I told her immediately we'd never been and she was welcoming with answering questions and helping my daughter every step of the way. When placing in the "heart" of her bear, she had my daughter do a number of little steps (Jump up and down with it so it has energy! Give it a kiss!) that personalized that minor process for her even though it was just a felt heart getting dropped into a stuffed animal. It might be part of a script she had to follow, but I was totally buying her presentation. I work in retail myself so I'm always really appreciative when I find a sales staff that is knowledgeable, takes their job seriously and doesn't act like you're bothering them.

You can get a little pony for them. You can also get your bear any clothes. Another reason that Build A Bear is the best is because there are little toys. It is in Holyoke. It is in the mall. Check the mall map. You can go any time, but go really early so you can be the only one there. Make sure you pay for everything you got there!

If the TJX chain of stores had children they would be called TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Marshalls…read more To the untrained eye you might not see the difference, but in reality there is. Let's investigate. TJ Maxx, would be the Harvard college grad, driving an Audi, and living in Longmeadow. Portraying happiness, but in reality is struggling with depression, divorce, and an addiction to Xanax. Homegoods, would be the hipster, liberal, eccentric child that drives an old Subaru covered with stickers. Hangs out in Northampton, and is struggling with a marijuana addiction. Currently 2 years into their freshman year at Amherst College. Marshalls, The redheaded stepchild of the bunch. Endured constant abuse from the other siblings. Makes a living selling Avon and enjoys a chaotic life of constantly revolving shitty apartments, and bad luck. Drives a Honda Civic with one red door and a permanent donut, but is the happiest of the bunch. I hope this gives you an accurate depiction of the TJX family of stores from the only way I could think of.

We…read morewere excited that we didn't have to drive to Westfield, West Springfield, or Amherst to get our TJMaxx shopping in. Opening day, we were there. As we wandered around, we felt something distinctly different from those Maxx's that we knew. Something was just off. The merchandise was either not properly displayed or it just was not as tempting as that at the other stores. I had a mission: a stylish, black, leather bag. I found nothing I liked. We shuffled along, looking at shoes, clothing, sleepwear. Nothing appealed to us. We figure the things one sells, the others sell, but for some reason, on this particular day, we didn't seem to connect. THEN, I saw a pair of black leather boots, Franco Sarto, for which I had long ago given up the search. They were there, and they were in my size, and they had only the one pair. I grabbed them, tried them on, and was thrilled to find a good fit. I would have happily paid full price ($125) had I ever found them during my original search (I had seen them at a high-end store, but not in my size). These were priced at $89. I walked out happy. My daughter, a lover of snacks, found several bags of goodies that she liked, so she did, too. I have since gone back three or four times, but am now convinced that, for some reason, it just isn't as great as the others. So we still make the longer drive when we need a Maxx run. Still, these boots! So happy to have these boots.
