These guys worked my issues like they trained for it their whole lives. Folks, with guys like this, our country will survive & continue prospering. Selection: Got the upgrade I needed - am 79 and am embracing the challenges of catching up with the young in technology. Good thing I am still trainable! Value: tough one/ been with AT&T since 92. I would much prefer going in, getting the gear, and walk out the door actually owning it, as opposed to the administrative monotony of this monthly billing scheme the company likes to run. I'm a retired soldier, so I have the liberty of calling things as they actually are- known in the trade as ' ground truth' (it's what you have to deal with once you're on target, no matter what was briefed). In fact, at one point, he said that his store was really just to sell phones and plans and that for any customer service issues, I needed to call AT&T. That's unfortunate, because for years, I could simply pop into the AT&T shop and they could always help.

I told him that we wanted to get my daughter's phone working. He started telling me that because we had been Sprint customers, we were not actually on the T-Mobile network. I said, "OK, but how do we get my daughter's phone to work reliably." Kristian said, "Sir, if you would let me explain." He then lectured me about the challenges of a corporate merger, making a point of telling me that Sprint had not actually "merged" with Sprint; they were still two different companies. I said, "OK, but how do we get my daughter's phone working?" Kristian said, "Sir, you keep interrupting me." That was the dynamic -- Kristian's sole focus was on deflecting responsibility. Every time I tried to redirect the conversation back to fixing our problem, Kristian got increasingly irritated and said, "Sir, you keep interrupting me," "Sir, if you would let me finish," or "Sir, let me talk." He finally said, "Sir, if you are going to keep interrupting me, then you should leave." Kristian had no interest in actually listening to us; he needed to dominate the conversation, and he became offended when we kept trying to talk about our problem with the phone service. We have called customer service several times, amounting to four or five hours, and T-Mobile's corporate response has been silence. Every phone call to customer service has ended with a promise that I would get a followup phone call or email. No call or email ever came. Kristian's behavior in the store does not seem to be an aberration; it is just a more abusive example of T-Mobile's apparent customer support strategy of "Do Nothing."

I bring it in today because she needs a new screen protector. Well turns out there is a huge crack UNDER the screen protector. The one that is advertised to not break even with being hit by a hammer etc. false advertisement for sure. So not only did THEIR screen protector break, but THEIR screen as well. This is not the first screen protector I've had to fix with them either, my husbands began lifting only a short time after putting it on. They proceed to tell me they are going to give me the screen protector for $15 then. NO. I'm not giving you any more of my money. So he says he will give me the screen protector for free. Well sure now we have a covered screen but the cracks underneath are there. They refused to stick by their product. Even compared it to hitting a piñata. It could break or not. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung.
