When I arrived at the office to pick up the sample, Dr. Momnie called me back and took a few minutes to check my eye to ensure the issue was as we thought, no apt. necessary! This is just one example of how wonderful this practice truly is. I generally see Dr. Camille Guzek-Latka, who I can not say enough good things about as well, she takes time with each of her patients to get to know them and always providing great care! Once meeting the doctor she interrupts when your describing your symptoms and when touching you she's not giving you the same treatment as the last client before you and barely wants to touch you. I've believe in giving people benefit of a doubt but when it's displayed on several times then there's a problem. Too many apologies isn't enough for poor customer service and how you pick and choose who you want to serve. And not valuing customers time and money spent in health care insurance and quality. Racism is shown so often when I come and I definitely miss the previous owner and doctor. I will be searching for another eye care specialist. I should be leaving a doctors office at 3:45pm when scheduled for a 2pm and is on time. As a social worker this is unacceptable.

The lovely woman I spoke with about 15 hours ago didn't want to allow me to see Dr. Kidd for a change to my prescription because I 1) couldn't be dilated (I am very sensitive to it and need to get a ride) and 2) I didn't want the eye numbing agent that is has an obscene amount of artificial yellow dye in it. I said, "Ok, well then maybe I should find a different doctor if what I'm uncomfortable with isn't OK?" She replied, "That probably would be best!" To whoever runs this practice - I would politely suggest you monitor your receptionists. You lost my ENTIRE FAMILY as patients with that one receptionist today. Another exam... at the end the computer monitor doctor said she couldn't write me a script because I needed to have another test done- but they don't do it!! Now...I was told to look in other optometry shops to buy a frame that fit me!!! OMG No eye office would see me for that "test." Weeks later the sweet receptionist called...I let it go to vm. She said we have a Dr you can see for the test. OMG. I called back. I laid into that receptionist and told her that I heard her tell that guy to take over! She was bagged and apologized. I have never been treated so badly in any office. AFTER the mess I went on the website. I should have done that first. The ratings are horrible. That receptionist said "we got a 5!"
