I also complained about my ability to see properly on bright days when driving or doing outdoor activities. I also needed the doctor to fill out and sign a single page waiver for the Mass RMV so I may legally tint my windows, thus fixing my eye issue while driving at the very least. She neither addressed my complaint nor filled out my paperwork. They seemed only interested on getting me through the process as fast as they could and sell me glasses that I did not want. I explained to them that I only buy "cheaters" on Amazon as I either loose or break them every other day. I paid $95 for the bogus eye exam and a further $95 for glasses I did not want but felt so pressured into buying them. I since cancelled the order and got a $95 glasses refunded. I did not receive any paperwork about my eye exam so I have no clue what if anything may be wrong. I will never go back. You have been warned.

My older parents have been going here for 25 years and were always treated with compassion and the opticians were very professional. They always had great styles to pick from but now the selection seems just blah. The person who was helping us with glasses wasn't even an optician, only a sales person.
