Great Eye Doctors..Opticians are a little lacking in motivation, she wasn't too helpful during my fitting, I'm still struggling with my frame / lens position, on my face, in as far as finding the "sweet spot" for comfort. I'm extemely hesitant about "adjusting" the frames myself. I suspect the nose pads position dictate that, I understand. Joe is great, his assistant must be new and in training. I am so glad we found Emily Eye Care. I've had so much trouble finding our preferred glasses for our 3 y/o (Dilly Dallies). I called Emily eye care, they were polite and responsive! They carry Dilly Dallies which are awesome for a high energy, active kid. The receptionist was so kind and found out that my daughter had eyeglass coverage even though I didn't think we did! Many places wouldn't bother but she really dug! The person who measured her for the glasses was efficient and quick. He listens carefully and takes the time necessary for a thorough eye exam. Shout out to Doc Aaron Lewis (not lying, that's his name) at Emily Eye Care. My last experience wasn't amazing and he provided the exact opposite. He was knowledgeable, easy to understand, patient with questions. He explained the value in a photo of my eyes... "a part of your body you've never seen before" and I'm glad I did it! Dr Yeh is awesome. I've been going to optometrists for over 20 years and Dr. Lily Yeh is one of the best there is. Why is she so great? Well - she explains EVERYTHING to you! She showed me my test results and explained exactly what they meant and what they tell her. She even showed me the readings of my pressure (cornea) and discussed where it was thinner and thicker. It all lined up with my own personal knowledge of how my LASIK procedure went. The office is clean and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. I even had some questions about what my insurance would or would not cover and was promptly answered. Additionally - the forms you sign are super clean and tell you exactly what you are or are not getting into. I opted out of the retinal scan because I've had one within the past year and knew I was fine. I also opted out of a dilation. I was not pushed to do these services and even the doctor said I should probably get it every few years but it wasn't necessary to do so yearly for me. I appreciate their honesty! read more

We had a great experience with this office. It was clean and super efficient. All staff from receptionist to the assistant to the doctor were friendly and patient focused. They took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and results of test. My son feared going to the eye doctor for years because of a bad experience a few years back. If I could give less than a star I would. Late getting appointment started. If I showed up 25 minutes late, I doubt they'd take me. And please explain this to me, when does an optometrist ever correct you on the chart? "They don't use q's on the chart". Are you kidding me? Seems totally unprofessional. I'm now questioning my kid's prescriptions because I'm seeing quite a difference from what another ophthalmologist had determined, just 6 mos ago. Did not bring up the pressure being on the high side either or notice a stye on his eye. Told my wife it wasn't a stye but wrote down the medical term for stye on the paper. Stay away! I'm thinking about going elsewhere just to have the work checked. read more

Doctors are nice. The staff is miserable. The receptionist is not there to assist you. They direct you to type in your name on an ipad and then shut the glass on you. They are not welcoming or cheerful at all. You will see grandma's and grandpa's come in and knock on the glass and are provided with such disrespect it is heartbreaking. If there was a way to picket outside of this store and help direct the old people to a more friendly place i would. Send your grandparents elsewhere or prepare to watch them be humiliated and degraded. read more

My four year old needed to get her eyes checked and i was a little weary because she's not very good when it comes to the doctors, however, they were amazing with her. They made her very comfortable and was able to help her pick out the glasses she wanted. She left very excited about her experience..and the fact that she gets glasses. read more

The doctors here are excellent and very nice, wait is a little long sometimes but then again it's a doctors office and I'm sure the doctors are very very busy so I do not fault them for it; however one of the receptionists has absolutely the worst attitude I have experienced. Every Time I have talked to her signed in to an appointment, talked to her on the phone...etc. she has ignored me, always makes a rude face, and her responses are short and very snooty. It honestly makes me feel uncomfortable for any transaction made. I will be using the service as needed, but someone so awful should not be the first face you see. read more
