Excellent at picking out glasses that fits with your insurance plan so you do not have to pay extra for eyeglass frames (but you can choose to if you want different frames). I only take off one star because of the office and equipment being more old fashioned/less up-to-date, but I feel the doctor is more comfortable and thorough with this equipment than he would be with higher tech. Gets right into business, great about the appointment times.

I've scheduled appointments for example 2:00pm and arrive on time and doesn't get seen until about 2:45pm. Once meeting the doctor she interrupts when your describing your symptoms and when touching you she's not giving you the same treatment as the last client before you and barely wants to touch you. I've believe in giving people benefit of a doubt but when it's displayed on several times then there's a problem. Too many apologies isn't enough for poor customer service and how you pick and choose who you want to serve. And not valuing customers time and money spent in health care insurance and quality. Racism is shown so often when I come and I definitely miss the previous owner and doctor. I will be searching for another eye care specialist. I should be leaving a doctors office at 3:45pm when scheduled for a 2pm and is on time. As a social worker this is unacceptable.

Had my original appointment because they never called. The major thing is I went in to get new frames. They didn't have any available that I liked because they were limited being on mass health. I found some that they said they would order because they needed new inventory anyways. Said they would call. After more than 6 weeks, nothing. I called to ask and they said I had to make an appointment to come in to see if they were there. I am sorry, why should I have to waste time and money (for gas used) to just see if they were there. They couldn't find any note that I saw was written. I am doubting now that they even had a wait list for cancelled appointments to get in sooner. Not recommended.

Never was I told to reschedule. Moving forward I attempted to schedule an eye appointment which took me a year and a half to get an appointmment I have a family history of wet macular degeneration my sister who is 4 hears older than I is legally blind ,I truly feel that this is crucial to keep updated information, I also received a letterthat Dr.Boivert left the practice. I was placed on a cancellation list ,I was told by the secretary I excepted an appointment for 1/17 I had know idea that I was going to develop a G/I bug last night around 1100 pm ,I called the office and asked can I keep my old appointment that was March 5th I was told oh no that appointment is gone you will have to wait until May, this office is gone down the tubes Shame on them. Dr. Brittany Bausch has been working in the field of optometry since she was 16 years old, as an optometric technician. Doctor Bausch attended UMass amherst where she obtained a bachelors in Public Health with honors. She then achieved her Doctorate of Optometry at MCPHS University, also with honors. Doctor Bausch is trained in the diagnosis and management of ocular conditions including diabetic retinopathy, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, and many more. Based on the other 1-star reviews, the experience I had feels completely justified. The lack of professionalism is noticeable from the first interaction. For those who left five-star reviews, I'm genuinely unsure how their experience was so different.
