I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

The biggest concern I had with previous companies is trust, Complete IT Solution has a wonderful building, you walk in, everything is professional, they have a great team there happy to help you out. Corey the owner is a pleasure to talk to, and so are his employees. Their rates are great, and have not changed so far! I know they also do work for the big businesses in the area, these guys are extremely experienced. They always call me when the repair has been finished, to let me know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it. I also remember this one time I came in with my old pc, and asked them to fix it, the tech said, "sure I can fix it now but you will be back here in a month asking for another repair" I was impressed! instead of fixing something that is not worth fixing, I walked out of there with some recommendations on a new one, and they didn't even charge me for it. Now that's why I can trust these guys! I came back the next day with a new pc that they recommended me, they were able to move all my files from my old one to the new, and so far this new one is much faster and am very happy!

He suggested that I bring the DVD down, and he would test it. It took nearly a month for him to tell me that he could open the DVD and that I should replace my DVD drive so that it would autoplay. I dropped off my computer for the repair, and it took a week and half to finally get it back. After the repairs, we discovered that the DVD did not play at all. The new drive didn't perform any better than my old drive. Jim replaced a perfectly good DVD drive and with one I didn't need. The Legacy DVD was corrupt, not the drive. It was disappointing that he didn't test our drive before replacing it. He charged me $96.00 for the repair. When I called him to let him know that the DVD still wouldn't open, he got very nasty. He told me to bring the computer back and he would reinstall my old drive. What is that going to solve?!?! I spent nearly $100 for nothing!!! He should have tested my drive before replacing it. He promised me that the new DVD drive would autoplay my DVD once he replaced it. I'm disappointed with his shoddy computer service, but I'm abhorred with his lack of customer service. It would have made all the difference in the world if he had been polite, concerned about my issue, and willing to do something to make this right. I will not bring my computer to his store again.
