A few days later, they called and said that restoring my computer to factory settings would completely fix my issue, and to not worry because they would save all my files and data (though I would have to redownload certain programs). After six days, I picked up my laptop. The webcam was not fixed and after I got home I realized 99% of my data was lost. When I call and ask them if they have an external save of my data, they tell me that they don't know, and that they're willing to take another look at my computer, but cannot tell me how they plan on getting my data back. In short, if you value your time, work or possessions you should never trust PC Warehouse with your devices. I lost four years of personal data and college work because I made the mistake of trusting them.

They always call me when the repair has been finished, to let me know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it. I also remember this one time I came in with my old pc, and asked them to fix it, the tech said, "sure I can fix it now but you will be back here in a month asking for another repair" I was impressed! instead of fixing something that is not worth fixing, I walked out of there with some recommendations on a new one, and they didn't even charge me for it. Now that's why I can trust these guys! I came back the next day with a new pc that they recommended me, they were able to move all my files from my old one to the new, and so far this new one is much faster and am very happy!

No one came and we asked the woman again and she wouldn't take our name and told us to wait. My husband is disabled and the security guard was concerned and came over and offered him a seat. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.

I had a Legacy DVD from my sister's funeral that I treasured. I often played it on my computer DVD…read moredrive. One day I couldn't open the DVD, so I called Jim at Network & IT Solutions. He suggested that I bring the DVD down, and he would test it. It took nearly a month for him to tell me that he could open the DVD and that I should replace my DVD drive so that it would autoplay. I dropped off my computer for the repair, and it took a week and half to finally get it back. After the repairs, we discovered that the DVD did not play at all. The new drive didn't perform any better than my old drive. Jim replaced a perfectly good DVD drive and with one I didn't need. The Legacy DVD was corrupt, not the drive. It was disappointing that he didn't test our drive before replacing it. He charged me $96.00 for the repair. When I called him to let him know that the DVD still wouldn't open, he got very nasty. He told me to bring the computer back and he would reinstall my old drive. What is that going to solve?!?! I spent nearly $100 for nothing!!! He should have tested my drive before replacing it. He promised me that the new DVD drive would autoplay my DVD once he replaced it. I'm disappointed with his shoddy computer service, but I'm abhorred with his lack of customer service. It would have made all the difference in the world if he had been polite, concerned about my issue, and willing to do something to make this right. I will not bring my computer to his store again.
