It is absurd how long it took to fix both of the laptops and I say "fix" very sparingly. One of them is much slower and the camera no longer works and the other is incredibly slow and will not load anything. If I wasn't already so fed up with the place I would bring them back to get fixed again but enough damage was already done. I was very understanding at first but they went ahead and ordered different parts for each laptop just because they felt like it. Nobody contacted me to see if I was okay with what was ordered and what part was going into which laptop. I was never kept updated, I was always the one calling them asking for updates and almost every time I called "the person who works on them isn't here so I don't have an update". It was some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didn't care about whether or not I was pleased with my experience. I will not go back to this place for anything. 2 months later, a lot of money, & both of my macs are not anywhere near fixed the way they should be. I am not one to post reviews but I mentioned how unsatisfied I was and, again, they did not care in the slightest. I did not bring my laptops there to pay all of this money to get then back in even worse conditions than they were before. Unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.

Brought my computer in to be serviced, and I was quoted $60-$70, and then when it was "ready" I was charged $120. According to Frank my graphics card was broke so he replaced it "for free" with a much older, slower card. Frank and his team removed one of my 16gb RAM sticks and didn't tell me anything about it until I asked when I noticed. He said it was also broke (why wasn't this in the garbage with my broken $700 graphics card). He also said on the phone there was a power wire missing that he replaced "for free". He did not say that he unilaterally decided to replace my entire 850 watt gold power supply unit with a no name 500 watt unit. So all in all, he attempted to strip my PC of a RAM stick (which does work btw), replaced my $700 graphics card (which also does work) with a very old one, and he swapped out my 850 watt gold rated power supply for a cheap 500 watt. All he needed was a case, a CPU and motherboard and he could have built a very nice computer. On top of all that, he wouldn't even let me look at the "work" he did for double the price he quoted until I paid! He also refused to give me my power supply back without paying another $50!!! Maybe this is the only way to build PCs for profit now: strip the PCs that are brought in, replace their parts with interior ones or none at all, tell the customer they're broke, and use them to build new PCs for unknowing customers. He was also trying to force me to pay cash, but conceded when I reminded him that he told me they took credit card. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I had a Legacy DVD from my sister's funeral that I treasured. I often played it on my computer DVD…read moredrive. One day I couldn't open the DVD, so I called Jim at Network & IT Solutions. He suggested that I bring the DVD down, and he would test it. It took nearly a month for him to tell me that he could open the DVD and that I should replace my DVD drive so that it would autoplay. I dropped off my computer for the repair, and it took a week and half to finally get it back. After the repairs, we discovered that the DVD did not play at all. The new drive didn't perform any better than my old drive. Jim replaced a perfectly good DVD drive and with one I didn't need. The Legacy DVD was corrupt, not the drive. It was disappointing that he didn't test our drive before replacing it. He charged me $96.00 for the repair. When I called him to let him know that the DVD still wouldn't open, he got very nasty. He told me to bring the computer back and he would reinstall my old drive. What is that going to solve?!?! I spent nearly $100 for nothing!!! He should have tested my drive before replacing it. He promised me that the new DVD drive would autoplay my DVD once he replaced it. I'm disappointed with his shoddy computer service, but I'm abhorred with his lack of customer service. It would have made all the difference in the world if he had been polite, concerned about my issue, and willing to do something to make this right. I will not bring my computer to his store again.
