He suggested that I bring the DVD down, and he would test it. It took nearly a month for him to tell me that he could open the DVD and that I should replace my DVD drive so that it would autoplay. I dropped off my computer for the repair, and it took a week and half to finally get it back. After the repairs, we discovered that the DVD did not play at all. The new drive didn't perform any better than my old drive. Jim replaced a perfectly good DVD drive and with one I didn't need. The Legacy DVD was corrupt, not the drive. It was disappointing that he didn't test our drive before replacing it. He charged me $96.00 for the repair. When I called him to let him know that the DVD still wouldn't open, he got very nasty. He told me to bring the computer back and he would reinstall my old drive. What is that going to solve?!?! I spent nearly $100 for nothing!!! He should have tested my drive before replacing it. He promised me that the new DVD drive would autoplay my DVD once he replaced it. I'm disappointed with his shoddy computer service, but I'm abhorred with his lack of customer service. It would have made all the difference in the world if he had been polite, concerned about my issue, and willing to do something to make this right. I will not bring my computer to his store again.

Laptop wouldn't stay on and that was the final step to trouble shoot but there are tiny screws that you need a special tool for. I spoke with Eric, and after walking him through (on the phone) what was going on he said it didn't sound like a battery issue at all. Had me tighten / check all connections & I plugged into a different outlet--Viola! He was so polite, professional, & helpful. Not only did he save me an expensive repair but he saved my day. This is my work laptop & we are in the middle of launching a major campaign. Couldn't thank him enough!!!
