I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I chose Laundry Works because it is closest to my home, and in an extremely safe area. What I found was an extremely clean and quiet business. It wasn't as large a space as the ones I used in my 20s, but it wasn't busy (I was told this time of year with all the kids home from school it can be very busy), and I took up 3 machines with plenty free to use for others. What's new (to me) was that instead of taking quarters and bills, there were 2 "laundry card" machines that create and load money value to your card. These cards are swiped in the machines themselves & you load them up using debit or credit cards. Warning: These machines talk and they were startlingly loud. The business was very clean. There were two areas to sit at. A machine offering laundry supplies. And a machine that help snacks. This business also offers wash and fold services (see photos for prices). There are two sizes of both washers and dryers with different prices; the dryers you prepay by 10-minute increments. The brightest highlight of my experience was Leah, the nice nice lady who works there! She was friendly and very patiently helped me get acquainted with the place and the machines. She advised me on which sized machines I should use for each comforter, and since it wasn't busy, even helped me with my comforters. After spending an hour there, I almost wish I had a reason to go back semi regularly... and maybe I'll start bringing my comforters a little more often to clean. Thank you Leah! If I have network issues, database issues or application issues, this is the go to business. Not only can I trust Frank to do a great job, but I also know he isn't trying to rip me off. I have been able to go on vacation and know that my network and my people will be fine with Frank taking care of them. Running a bank network requires a great deal of security and disgression. I never have to worry about any non public information being disclosed. Don't get taken by some of those big IT companies trying to sell you on the most expensive solution. I had a Legacy DVD from my sister's funeral that I treasured. I often played it on my computer DVD…read moredrive. One day I couldn't open the DVD, so I called Jim at Network & IT Solutions. He suggested that I bring the DVD down, and he would test it. It took nearly a month for him to tell me that he could open the DVD and that I should replace my DVD drive so that it would autoplay. I dropped off my computer for the repair, and it took a week and half to finally get it back. After the repairs, we discovered that the DVD did not play at all. The new drive didn't perform any better than my old drive. Jim replaced a perfectly good DVD drive and with one I didn't need. The Legacy DVD was corrupt, not the drive. It was disappointing that he didn't test our drive before replacing it. He charged me $96.00 for the repair. When I called him to let him know that the DVD still wouldn't open, he got very nasty. He told me to bring the computer back and he would reinstall my old drive. What is that going to solve?!?! I spent nearly $100 for nothing!!! He should have tested my drive before replacing it. He promised me that the new DVD drive would autoplay my DVD once he replaced it. I'm disappointed with his shoddy computer service, but I'm abhorred with his lack of customer service. It would have made all the difference in the world if he had been polite, concerned about my issue, and willing to do something to make this right. I will not bring my computer to his store again.
