They rely a lot on books of "examples" for customers to make selections; it's great for people who are ok with standard invites. I came in with a proof from a designer and wanted to select stationary. All the stock is kept in the back. This con is only a slight issue for my specific situation and luckily, the staff made really good suggestions and brought out a stationary I liked. I am a very tactile shopper, I like to touch and hold up colors next to each other. Budget Printers handled the printing of nearly all of my wedding stationary. They began with turning a digital proof from a local artist into my lovely invitations and RSVP cards. They came out AMAZING. I delegated my Wedding Advice Mad Lib card to them, they checked the internet and found all the specs to finish the job. They came out great. They altered a free "guest book" with digital imaging. I found a great option for a "coloring book" style guestbook. Guests color themselves in and sign. The image was free and only had 100 tiny people to color in. I had 115 guests coming, Budget seamlessly altered the image to add more people. Overall, I could not have asked for more.

I have been going to this place for approximately 9-10 years now. However, this is only due to my…read moreown laziness in finding a new place, not due to my satisfaction with T-Shirts Etc. Over the years, I have received a handful of shirts with spelling errors which have caused me to go back and forth between my work in Bloomfield and their shop in Glastonbury (not convenient). Prior to this year, I might have given them 2 stars due to these errors and what I would consider sub-par customer service, but this year's experience really takes the cake. I called and requested a quote on 5/28, which I quickly received and was rushed off the phone. About a day later, I emailed the front office with my very complete order (remember, I've done this before, so I know the drill). In the email, I requested a purchase order or cost so that I could pay 1/2 up front like is normally requested. I heard nothing in response. Because our softball season already started (oops - that was my bad!), and I really needed the shirts, I called a few days later Monday, 6/2. At that time, we had a conversation again about the shirts, was told that they would call me back with the final price (which never happened), and given a date that they would be ready for pickup -- Monday, 6/9. I called during my lunch break on 6/9, thinking I better check in before I make the trek to Glastonbury and I am sure glad I did. It took them 30 minutes to figure out what my order was, only to tell me that they messed up (I do appreciate their honesty) and that the shirts weren't ready yet. As the call progressed, I learned that they didn't even order the actual t-shirts themselves yet. Lucky for me, I guess, they will be able to order them via next day delivery and my t-shirts would be ready for pick-up. On 6/10, I called again, luckily my t-shirts were to be ready by 1pm (with my first softball game to be at 5:45). This caused me to rush out of work early at 4pm to get there and back by game time. Once I arrived, everything went smoothly. I paid (more than I expected due to the fact that the XXL size cost more and no one ever told me!!) and left. Really bad experience. Bad customer service. Having come here with repeat business year after year, I would have expected to be treated better. I certainly plan on being less lazy next year and search for a new t-shirt shop. Grr!

Well they called me to see if I had reviewed the proofs (I hadn't checked my emails that day). She went over my order answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Then I went on my emails and noticed another email from them. It said it looked like my address was wrong. I had accidentally typed in an additional number so I fixed it and then called them to verify the change. An actual person answered my call and she had already received my email correction and responded. The product turned out great. My daughter loves them and they arrived so quickly.
