I have been going to this place for approximately 9-10 years now. However, this is only due to my…read moreown laziness in finding a new place, not due to my satisfaction with T-Shirts Etc. Over the years, I have received a handful of shirts with spelling errors which have caused me to go back and forth between my work in Bloomfield and their shop in Glastonbury (not convenient). Prior to this year, I might have given them 2 stars due to these errors and what I would consider sub-par customer service, but this year's experience really takes the cake. I called and requested a quote on 5/28, which I quickly received and was rushed off the phone. About a day later, I emailed the front office with my very complete order (remember, I've done this before, so I know the drill). In the email, I requested a purchase order or cost so that I could pay 1/2 up front like is normally requested. I heard nothing in response. Because our softball season already started (oops - that was my bad!), and I really needed the shirts, I called a few days later Monday, 6/2. At that time, we had a conversation again about the shirts, was told that they would call me back with the final price (which never happened), and given a date that they would be ready for pickup -- Monday, 6/9. I called during my lunch break on 6/9, thinking I better check in before I make the trek to Glastonbury and I am sure glad I did. It took them 30 minutes to figure out what my order was, only to tell me that they messed up (I do appreciate their honesty) and that the shirts weren't ready yet. As the call progressed, I learned that they didn't even order the actual t-shirts themselves yet. Lucky for me, I guess, they will be able to order them via next day delivery and my t-shirts would be ready for pick-up. On 6/10, I called again, luckily my t-shirts were to be ready by 1pm (with my first softball game to be at 5:45). This caused me to rush out of work early at 4pm to get there and back by game time. Once I arrived, everything went smoothly. I paid (more than I expected due to the fact that the XXL size cost more and no one ever told me!!) and left. Really bad experience. Bad customer service. Having come here with repeat business year after year, I would have expected to be treated better. I certainly plan on being less lazy next year and search for a new t-shirt shop. Grr!

Well, you'll probably do what we did and get some competitive bids, right? Four bids to be precise. The large national office supply chain came in close to $10 a copy, a small print shop up in Greenfield, MA came in around $7 a copy, a new shop in the Farmington Valley came in around $4 after lots of questions, and Signs Plus Prints confidently and professionally came in at $3.30. So that explains why we went with Signs Plus Prints who did a fantastic job for us. Hats off to Alex Youmans, Chris Aubins, and Maggie for their outstanding responsiveness and communication, that combined for my excellent customer service experience. The minute we walked into their shop, we had a good impression because we saw four individuals fanned out across the premises busily engaged in projects. We saw finished print and poster orders all over the place waiting for pick up, and some of the customers were heavy hitters like the Talcott Mountain Music Festival, Easter Seals, and a few area road races and charity golf tournaments. I placed my order on a Thursday morning; looked at a sample on Monday, and the order was ready for pickup on Wednesday. It came out great, with vibrant color, thick covers, and a sleek binding. If you ever have a need for, or would like to save some serious dough, on your next project involving signs, banners, printing, engraving, wearables, or even vehicle wraps, I strongly suggest you check these guys out. They did one area rug and stairs and stated the were leaving. I stated they did not do the other rug. The rug cleaning man raised his voice in a hostile manger and told me I didn't tell him about the other rug. He said it would be 10.00 dollar's more which would have been fine with me. Unfortunately his anger and rudeness scared me so much I just wanted him to get out of my home. I would not recommend them at all
