There was zero hesitation and the person I was speaking to ran for the hand truck and lifted the AC out of the back of the car. It may not sound like much but with customer service I feel at an all time low, I really appreciated this assistance. Once we got back inside the rest of the transaction took about a minute. I spent several hours designing it and then called at least three other businesses, all of which told me there was no way they could create this for us with such short notice. When I gave Cari a few more details about the event, she immediately started to think of a way to make our banner and get it to us on time. When my sister was unavailable to pick it up before the store closed, Cari said it was possible to have it delivered to my sister's house. At every turn, Cari went above and beyond to help us out.
