Well they called me to see if I had reviewed the proofs (I hadn't checked my emails that day). She went over my order answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Then I went on my emails and noticed another email from them. It said it looked like my address was wrong. I had accidentally typed in an additional number so I fixed it and then called them to verify the change. An actual person answered my call and she had already received my email correction and responded. The product turned out great. My daughter loves them and they arrived so quickly. I can't say enough about the two business associates that assisted me. They were helpful, polite, and broke down pricing for me in an easy fashion.
