Tomorrow we are hosting a big recovery barbecue, and my sister, one of our board members, had the idea yesterday to order a custom vinyl banner with our logo and some other basic info on it. I spent several hours designing it and then called at least three other businesses, all of which told me there was no way they could create this for us with such short notice. When I gave Cari a few more details about the event, she immediately started to think of a way to make our banner and get it to us on time. When my sister was unavailable to pick it up before the store closed, Cari said it was possible to have it delivered to my sister's house. At every turn, Cari went above and beyond to help us out. Appointments aren't mandatory for TSA and you really have no right stating "we will turn you away". It's the customers decision whether or not they choose to wait in line and you can't predict whether or not people will show up for their scheduled appointment slots. The manager and front customer service employee were so unwelcoming and failed to show me where to go to wait for TSA after being at the store for 40 minutes. Completely unprofessional and a terrible experience.

Today I had to return a very heavy air conditioner to Amazon and walked in and asked if they could help me get it out of the car. There was zero hesitation and the person I was speaking to ran for the hand truck and lifted the AC out of the back of the car. It may not sound like much but with customer service I feel at an all time low, I really appreciated this assistance. Once we got back inside the rest of the transaction took about a minute.
