Great place to have a mailbox. Friendly knowledgeable staff always looking to help. Hours are longer than USPS so it's more convenient.

It's inside a Dollar General but once inside the store the cashier is on the right side and they can help you just have your scan code and tag. read more

You get better service in UPS store in Russia. The old KGB was friendlier than that guy. No smile , no greeting, no tank you, no you welcome. DMV service is better than in this store.Never again. The most unpleasant and unfriendly guy in private business I ever encountered. read more

I always walk away with a smile, after I leave this store. Earl, Liz and Joanne are always so professional and kind. I do all my shopping online so I'm in there a couple times a week with returns. We're so lucky to have this UPS Store in Clinton, Connecticut. Thank you! read more

I came into the store with a huge hodgepodge of personal belongings that were haphazardly presented to the staff, needing to be shipped across the country back home from Clinton where I used to live. The things had a lot of meaning and monetary value, including a vulnerable large piece of art. I also happened to be accompanied by my two very *active* school-age sons. Needless to say I was stressed. I arrived home to all my packages and immediately exhaled with relief. Everything was packaged with such attentive care that fragile and meanginful things were preserved. Thank you so much for your patience and care. read more

I had a basic Amazon return with the QR code but they told me they can't ship it. I've done it a dozen times before elsewhere but this store seems to be in a time warp. Less than friendly. read more

I stopped into the UPS Store in Clinton CT today with several Amazon returns. I first thought that i could drop these to Staples but was told I needed to bring them to a UPS Store. Once getting to the UPS store, I was told that according to Amazon, I needed to have everything prepackaged. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated by the time I got there. Earl was great! he worked through everything with me and i was able to return everything. He took extra time with me to work through all of this and was very friendly and patient. I was really impressed with his customer service. I can't say enough about him. I left with a sense of relief. Thank you Earl. read more

I rarely have the need to go to a UPS store but had to return a package. As this location was on my way home I figured I would take advantage and stop in to drop off my package. It was the middle of the day and the store was empty so there was no wait. The counter person was very pleasant and quickly processed the package and gave me a receipt. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Great way to complete another of my daily tasks! read more

Amazing quality, quick process, service was amazing. I was assisted by Josh to return a package, lovely guy, he helped me in less than a minute and I was out in less than 5 minutes from the store. I'd definitely be making my returns in this location! read more

Just had an Amazon return. I brought it in, they scanned the QR code, and badabing, shipped. In and out in one minute. Nice people, too!.

Was looking for A Notary, and was fortunate to find Tony at this Clinton location, form notarized and no charge. Had to go back as form I used was wrong, and gladly Tony was very receptive to help again, and agin no charge. All employees are so courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will use them any chance I get. read more

Love this UPS Store. You can pick up Birthday Cards, Fax Items, Mail Items and buy stamps. Everyone one is very friendly and helpful. Private Parking Lot instead of dealing with the street parking for the Post Office. read more

Very nice, helpful staff during such a busy stressful time for all. Their hard work, courteous and reliable service is appreciated.

I needed to send a small package (less than 1 pound) to Ireland. The price quoted to me was $114. Seriously?!!! I then went to the post office and was able to send the package for $14.00. So, I do not recommend using the UPS Store to ship overseas. read more

So I live about 20 minutes away from this UPS store. I go to their website to see what time they are open on Saturday. (30-May-2020) Their website states they open at 8:00 am. I get there at 9:45 am and notice people standing outside and people sitting in their cars. It turns out that they are not open until 10:00 am. I decided to wait and as I did there were others that drove up parked their cars, see that the store was closed and leave. To the owner and manager of this store, is it really that hard to update your store hours on your website, by not doing so not only are you losing business but you're frustrating people before they even walk through the door. read more

I have been using this UPS store for a few years, and I have had nothing but excellent service. Always friendly, always professional. Service with a smile, and hands-down better than almost every other UPS store I've used across the USA. They open when they say they will, always give receipts. read more

Dreadful service. Don't send anything overseas! Your item willhave a good chance of being abandoned and not returned. Verbal promises made to update progress not followed through. Had to find out by UPS International that the Clinton location told UPS International to abandon package without informing this sender. .. read more

My wife and I have been going to this UPS Store for about 7 years now, beginning with our move to California, for which we had to ship a dozen boxes safely cross-country. Now we're back in CT and there just isn't another delivery outlet like this one in the area. The staff is always eager to help, knowledgable, quick, and -- the thing I appreciate most -- friendly. One final note... Perhaps it's due to the location being along 95, but the delivery times from this location always seem a day or so ahead of places (USPS, FedEX) I've tried closer to route 9. Anyway, thanks for years of great service Clinton UPS Store! read more

Service was excellent! All price options were patiently explained with day/time of delivery comparisons. A pleasure to do business with!

My sister has been using this store for years. I had my grandmothers China set shipped from CT to CA. They packed it as well as shipped it.
