I came into the store with a huge hodgepodge of personal belongings that were haphazardly presented to the staff, needing to be shipped across the country back home from Clinton where I used to live. The things had a lot of meaning and monetary value, including a vulnerable large piece of art. I also happened to be accompanied by my two very *active* school-age sons. Needless to say I was stressed. I arrived home to all my packages and immediately exhaled with relief. I rarely have the need to go to a UPS store but had to return a package. As this location was on my way home I figured I would take advantage and stop in to drop off my package. It was the middle of the day and the store was empty so there was no wait. The counter person was very pleasant and quickly processed the package and gave me a receipt. Was looking for A Notary, and was fortunate to find Tony at this Clinton location, form notarized and no charge. Had to go back as form I used was wrong, and gladly Tony was very receptive to help again, and agin no charge. All employees are so courteous and helpful. Love this UPS Store. You can pick up Birthday Cards, Fax Items, Mail Items and buy stamps. Everyone one is very friendly and helpful. Private Parking Lot instead of dealing with the street parking for the Post Office. read more

I needed to send a small package (less than 1 pound) to Ireland. The price quoted to me was $114. Seriously?!!! I then went to the post office and was able to send the package for $14.00. So, I do not recommend using the UPS Store to ship overseas. read more

So I live about 20 minutes away from this UPS store. I go to their website to see what time they are open on Saturday. (30-May-2020) Their website states they open at 8:00 am. I get there at 9:45 am and notice people standing outside and people sitting in their cars. It turns out that they are not open until 10:00 am. I decided to wait and as I did there were others that drove up parked their cars, see that the store was closed and leave. To the owner and manager of this store, is it really that hard to update your store hours on your website, by not doing so not only are you losing business but you're frustrating people before they even walk through the door. read more

Dreadful service. Don't send anything overseas! Your item willhave a good chance of being abandoned and not returned. Verbal promises made to update progress not followed through. Had to find out by UPS International that the Clinton location told UPS International to abandon package without informing this sender. .. read more

My wife and I have been going to this UPS Store for about 7 years now, beginning with our move to California, for which we had to ship a dozen boxes safely cross-country. Now we're back in CT and there just isn't another delivery outlet like this one in the area. The staff is always eager to help, knowledgable, quick, and -- the thing I appreciate most -- friendly. One final note... Perhaps it's due to the location being along 95, but the delivery times from this location always seem a day or so ahead of places (USPS, FedEX) I've tried closer to route 9. My sister has been using this store for years. I had my grandmothers China set shipped from CT to CA. They packed it as well as shipped it.
