It looks like the big brother of plastic wrap, but is sturdier and comes in different degrees of tint--customer's choice. We chose NEW YORK CITY WINDOW TINTING, which we found on Yelp, where they've earned many excellent reviews. (I'm finally adding mine!) Jerry Ciccio is the principle. He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. House for a ceramic coating and honestly regret it…read more I live around the corner and constantly see high-end cars in and out of their shop, which gave me confidence in their work--but this particular job was clearly rushed and poorly executed. The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

They are technically incompetent and a very unprofessional shop! They installed a remote start…read moremodule in my car on November 16th. When I picked it up I noticed the AC was stuck on max heat regardless of the temperature setting. I returned it to Tint World and they told me the issue was unrelated to the remote start they had just installed. I asked them to uninstall the remote start. When I picked it up the blind spot monitoring system and the automatic lights were now malfunctioning and the AC still not working. At this point I had paid them to install AND uninstalled the product. I took the car to a local Lexus dealership who confirmed all 3 problems were related to the remote start: 1. Multiple ground wires were cut and left exposed. These exposed wires came in contact with the AC amplifier power source causing a short. 2. The wire that goes to the automatic light sensor was cut. 3. The button that controls the blind spot monitoring system was damaged after that panel had to be removed for the install. I submitted a detailed report to Tony Scott, the manager at Tint World of Huntington. Despite clear evidence they refuse to refund me for any of the damage they caused to my vehicle. The staff here are technically incompetent and very unprofessional. I demand that they take responsibility for the damage they caused and I will be taking legal action against them.

I brought in my brand new 2024 car for all over tinted installation but the job was poorly done on…read morethe windshield area. Dust is trapped between the tint film and the glass, obstructing my view while driving. This isn't my first time getting tints; I've had them done on several other vehicles by a different vendor without any issues. This place was recommended by a friend who apparently got lucky with his install, despite the poor reviews I read afterward. Tint World claims to offer a lifetime warranty and boasts about their services before installation, but after voicing my dissatisfaction and driving down to their shop, Tony informed me that they won't replace or refund the shoddy work on my windshield. When I asked about the lifetime warranty, he said it only applies to peeling and mentioned a 5% margin of error during installation, which is not disclosed in the shop or on my receipt. They did nothing to correct the situation. I hope they reconsider standing behind their work and making things right. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this place for tints.

I recently had my car paint corrected and wrapped in the PPF, and I can honestly say the…read moretransformation is nothing short of stunning. The paint correction and polish brought the car back to life. The car looked amazing. The depth, clarity and gloss of the finish now looks better than showroom quality. Under the sun the car looks like mirror like reflection that turns heads. The PPF wrap really takes it to the next level. Not only does it preserve the finish but it also gives me peace of mind of road debris and stone chips. Remi was great and so happy he recommended the full wrap for the car. The film itself is virtually invisible. You wouldn't know it's there unless you are looking for it. It perfectly contours to the cars body with zero distortion or visible edges. I was going to another shop for several wraps and so glad I worked with Remi on this car. They also did the tint on the windows which came out amazing. I highly recommend using them for you car/truck needs the work is incredible.

I got 20% on my 2026 Tacoma with the mid range tint that reflects UV an heat. They did a really good job and looks flawless. The owner was a nice guys and reminded me of their lifetime warranty. The shop really stood out to me and looked very clean and organized which I liked. If you are looking for a cheap tint job just for looks this isn't your place. If you want quality material and expert craftsmanship then get them from tinting motors.
