Customer service was the last thing on her agenda during my time there. I've always had great customer service experiences with FedEx. I'm completely disappointed with how I was treated today. FedEx should really pay attention to the people they hire. A customer should be able to walk into a FedEx store and be treated with care.

I had two packages to ship, one had a return label and I needed to purchase a return label for the other. I messed up printing my return label for the first package (it was international, so I need additional labels for customs). The man at the front (he wasn't wearing a name tag) was super helpful in explaining why they couldn't ship the package as is, printed out the additional labels for me, and packed it successfully. For the second package, the man helped pack and ship it quickly between assisting other customers and managing the first package's labels. The service was phenomenal today! There were only around three customers; however, I can't speak on the service when it's busy.
