And the one time I spoke to someone, he spoke too fast and I felt he wanted to get off the phone with me. The issue was editing my template. They didn't have my companies logo. For that I'd have to get a new template and I didn't even know what template I had originally used. Many other people have used them and they must be happy. But not me. :(
