The young women working the printing center were friendly, helpful, and so kind to answer any questions I had. They had my items quickly available and seemed to be willing to re-print anything if there was a problem (which there wasn't). Printing at Staples can be a bit more expensive than other places, but the quick turnaround, the convenience, and the quality of the prints make the price what you would expect. In all, I really appreciated the service I received here and would visit this location again if I found myself in the area!

I once had to update the file a couple of hours after submitting, and they were so quick that they had already printed the documents - but graciously reprinted right away. Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

I confirmed by phone that they offered passport photos for Europe and that no appointment was needed, just walk in during their open hours. I arrived later that day and was impressed at how quickly and professionally they processed my passport photos for Greece. I got 4 for $20 even, and they were cut to the exact size (you have to cut them yourself at CVS and are expensive at $17.99 for the really low quality you are getting), and they provided a mini manila envelope to store them. The little envelope fit perfectly in my wallet. I was really pleased, especially as I had had a prior subpar experience at CVS trying to get these photos. They emailed me back saying they would like me to send $85 more dollars canadian, and I told them I wouldn't as I thought I was being quoted in Canadian dollars. Steve then emailed me back stating they would honor the $265 price in canadian dollars, and then I replied back that I would like to cancel the whole order less then 3 hours later. Steve then told me that it was in production and that I would pay 50% to cancel the order, even though we never came to an agreement on payment terms. After going back and forth fruitlessly, I attempted to get a hold of a manager or a customer service representative. Please see the chat log below. Meghan Ray hello there how can i help Cheryl Hi there, I would like to speak to a manager please. Meghan Ray yes i can help you may you please describe your issue Cheryl I am having an issue with a sales rep of yours and would like a phone call. Yes. When he told me the revised price I told him that I didn't want to go forward. He still put the order in without my approval and is refusing to cancel my order with the full refund. Meghan Ray so you were quoted $265 and once you placed an order you changed currency from USD to CAD and then you gave go ahead to production and you want to cancel your order during production it cost 50% of the order amount why did you change the currency on invoice at all Cheryl I contacted you from this website, I figured it was an error as this is a canadian site. Your sales rep also indicated that I am misrepresenting myself as canadian when I clearly have a canadian shipping address and phone number. Meghan Ray but you were talking to steve via sales@printingthestuff.com and invoice was issued in USD you could have simply asked before paying or before giving go ahead' Cheryl I didn't get an invoice. I only got a link. Meghan Ray yes that link is for paypal invoice and it state details unfortunately this is already in production and cancellation will result in 50% deduction Cheryl My initial email was to sales@printingthestuff.ca October 12th 2017 I can supply the email if you would like Meghan Ray i have record that our managers did compensate your mistake but you are just insisting on cancellation after production which will defiantly result in deduction as per initial contact that does not matter because now you contacted you sales@printingthestuff.com and they give you price is USD and supplied invoice in USD. The fact you yourself changed the currency without asking any body Cheryl I have no invoice Can you please supply me with a copy of the invoice? Meghan Ray you can either continue with order by paying what you paid or cancel by 50% detection, paypal link is the paypal invoice on the paypal portal you used it for making payment Cheryl Hi Meghan, I just double checked with the last link that Steve sent me and there is just a payment link, no invoice. Meghan Ray paypal payment link tell you payment and order and that is invoice you can either continue with order by paying what you paid or cancel by 50% detection, paypal link is the paypal invoice on the paypal portal you used it for making payment Cheryl Thank you for your help Meghan. May I have your managers name and direct contact information please? Meghan Ray sure phone number for them is 347 - 236 3084 , Cheryl And the person's name? He came back and said that it would cost $3288.21 + HST for the folders. I said it was cheaper online and he said that it was probably a online special. I had saved the order for $1814.18 on my computer and put it through. They charged my credit card 2050.03 that included HST. The order was on hold so I contacted the company and they said there was a security breach at PayPal and the order was cancelled. He said that I could place an order again. This time the price came up to $3288.21 not including HST, with the exact information. I contacted the company and they said they would not honor that price because it had expired. I contacted PayPal and they said there was no security breach and the company had forced a refund. I have all the documentation if any one wants to see them.
