As a frazzled and incredibly indecisive bride, Adam was surprisingly very patient with me and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted. I had reached out him to help me print invitations and RSVP cards for my wedding. I thought I was pretty confident about the paper/thickness that I wanted, but he was still nice enough to print a sample for me....queue my indecision. Suddenly, I wasn't sure if I wanted that anymore, and emailed Adam a couple times changing my mind like a game of ping pong. I was so clouded with bride brain that Adam even entertained a 15 min conversation with me about the degree of off-white I wanted my RSVP cards printed on. Ultimately, we were able to come to a decision and when I came by later that day to pick up my order, it was exactly what I wanted...and the price was right too! Imagine given current uncertain state of global finances, competitive market place, this mark up was initiated,justified + being done in all such businesses according to what I was told(?) Unfortunately, this information was conveyed in a manner disturbingly (if not disrespectfully) without the courtesy of being able to speak. My $10.printing request would be allowed for the last time. After more than 30 years as a graphic designer I have used many, many MANY print shops. These guys are amazing. Their devotion to customer service is outstanding. Here's an example: I came in this afternoon to have a job printed and forgot my source paper from the last time I printed the job. I couldn't remember what weight I'd used! I thought I'd have to go back to the office to check. Nope. Even though I was referencing a job from over a year ago, they remembered it!!!!! They looked it up in their database and were able to replicate the work that I did before with the exact same card stock... Just mind blowing. Remembering my job from a YEAR ago??? Seriously?? I had the pleasure of working with James who not only responded to me on a weekend despite the offices being closed but recommended I stop by to consult on my invitation printing options. Sure enough, he took care of me right away when I came in one hour before closing. He printed a sample to show what the card stock looked and felt like before I committed, and even got my cards printed for me to take home in that same hour. The price is on par if not cheaper than chain services like Staples or FedEx, but you get a much more personalized experience and product.
