I needed some addresses printed on wedding envelopes. These guys were able to get it done in a couple of hours and they look great!

Great quality blow up of a digital photo for framing, very prompt, have used them twice and will use them again if the need arises.

They are somewhat hard to find as they are located in the basement of an office building, but that's not a big deal.

B & B Rare Books

B & B Rare Books

Murray Hill, Midtown East

On an annual trip to NYC, I decided I would visit bookstores and take in all I could. B&B was right…read moreby my hotel, and I was delighted to find a comfortable room full of baseball memorabilia and a great variety. They specialize in 19th and 20th century English and American literature, which means you're going to see a lot of titles you're familiar with. I stopped in late in their day, so I wasn't surprised to be the only one there, but the team gave me space, answered very basic questions I had, and - gasp - LET ME TOUCH THE BOOKS. This is far from a stuffy environment, and when I finally convince my partner that I need that very expensive piece that has F. Scott Fitzgerald's music for Princeton, I know exactly where I'll go.

5 minutes before B&B books was closing, I buzzed the room located on the third floor to see if they…read morewould let me in "just to look." Well, 45 minutes later, I was still oohing and awing at the marvelous selection of first edition books they have to offer. This is the largest selection (aside from corporate-owned Bauman's) of rare books I've seen that include the dust jacket- a collectors actual dream. It's the biggest breath of fresh air to find a rare book store owned by a woman, and to be treated like a human being. I normally get side-eyed from rare bookstore owners and some of the conversations I've had sound like: "May I see the Portrait of a Lady in the case?" "All of these books are at least $100.00 and up." ".....I know." "Do you have any Wilde?" "The book about the woman hiking alone? That's too new to be in our shop, Barnes & Noble would have it." "I'm talking about the 1800s poet." "Oh." I take it personally because while I look like a millennial who doesn't know what she's talking about, I treasure my rare books like they're my children. Sunday stayed AN EXTRA HOUR at her store while I looked and answered all of my questions that I had, never making me feel rushed or unwelcome. After selecting a first edition Fitzgerald, she wrapped it in bubble wrap for my travels back home and gave me an updated book with all of the rare book sellers in the country.

Copycats - 5x7 table cards

Copycats

Midtown East

I called Copycats and connected with Trevor to discuss my printing needs for my mother's memorial…read moreservice. I went to another printing place prior to them for price quotes and thought I would try another to compare pricing. Copycats had the better pricing. Trevor was with me every step of the way from the very beginning. I printed a few items, prayer cards, memorial service programs, poster-sized photos. I revised the prayer cards, I kept pushing back the delivery date on the other materials due to revisions (on the program) and photo selections for the posters. Trevor took every call, answered every email, with patience and in a very timely fashion. Whenever I stopped by to pick up a proof or a complete copy job (after Trevor was gone for the day), the other team members were there to accommodate me with great courtesy and quality service. Even though I kept pushing back the date for when I could get them my materials so they could do the printing job... Copycats still got it all done on time. Same day. No rush fee. The only thing that tops the great and friendly customer service is the quality of the prints. They're flawless. This is a very sensitive time for me and when planning a memorial service, there are a lot of things to do, calls to make, and there is a strong need for timely service from all the vendors. Copycats exceeded my expectations and really helped to make this entire process go really smoothly for me. I really appreciate that.

We have used Copycats for print jobs in the past and have been very happy, but today Robert Stor…read morewas amazing in his customer service. I had a complicated color issue and he helped me get through the red tape of picking a color when using Pantone and CMYK were not working. His grasp of colors and how to get to what we needed was incredible.
