No emailing back and forth over the span of weeks just working with a real human and getting it done quickly! I was then prepared for it to take at least two weeks to make (because again we are conditioned by all these online wedding sites that there will always be a delay) so I was thrilled when Print Icon said "okay they'll be ready in a few days". This is a small reliable store that has been in the business for years and you can tell because they definitely have regular return customers that use them as their go to.
