We fully understood, however, that we submitted the order on the late side, due to changes we wanted or had to make to audio and design. Much to our delight, the order arrived two days before our show! We really could not be more thrilled with our experience with Solid Merch. We ordered shirts and CDs as well. The quality of everything is FANTASTIC. Shipping was fast. Online ordering was clear and easy to understand. And communication was top notch and responsive. Thank you so much for everything! I figured I would leave the tape woth him for a couple of days or so. He told me he would be able to have it done by the end of the day. Rather than drive to Hartford and wait, I spent some time in the town. He texted me around 4pm, sooner than I expected and that I could pick it up. He provided the tape and the digitized recording of it on a thumb drive. On the drive back I listened to it all the way home. Sounded great He was professional, kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who considers similar work for those who don't wish to risk digitizing their own audio cassettes on potentially unreliable tape decks Thank you once again!

We were dissatisfied with how an image of us with delicate colors of a beautiful Caribbean day…read moreprinted out with FedEx, etc. Colors were dull. Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital. .
