I had a fabulous experience with Influence Graphics. I first considered them for the job because of their location--half a block from my office--but after speaking with Gregg, I was convinced this was the right place for my order. I was printing a batch of fantasy world map posters, and he helped me figure out the right process and pick the right paper--a gorgeous, heavy, watercolor-feel stock. I get almost as many compliments on the paper quality as the art. :D When I picked up my order, I found that Gregg had printed 280 maps instead of 200. That's one hell of a Baker's Dozen! The price was very reasonable by NYC standards and the turn-around time was commendably quick! Highly recommended. read more

An exceptional company in every aspect. Their team excels in communication, turnaround time, pricing. I own a distillery in Brooklyn and there have been several particularly challenging printing projects they executed flawlessly and quickly. Reliable, professional, efficient--a pleasure to do business with. read more

I did not have a great experience, first I found the pricing to be nuts and I was not handled well. I went online found another bender that did great would not recommend them, look else where read more

We then went to Cosmos Communications in Long Island City which turned out to be the parent company of Influence. There I dealt with Richard Quarto who was outstanding. He not only ran test prints for us while we were at their print shop, but did not give us any of the BS we got from Influence. Influence had refused to print out book the size we wanted. We wanted an 8.5x8.5 Influence said we could only have 8 x 8. At Cosmos they said they could do whatever size we wanted. After two sets of proofs with Cosmos and the printing/messenger/shipping our total was 200 $ less than Influence. My suggestion. Go with the real deal. Cut out the middlemen. read more

I would give this place negative five stars if that was possible. Worst print shop I have ever been to. They are dishonest, and very difficult to deal with. If they can try to fool you they will. First of all, they are overpriced. Secondly, you better make sure that they print your job on the right paper. You could specify the paper, but they will try to fool you and print it on cheaper, lighter paper. They are real crooks. I wasted two hours of my day fighting with them about the print job. I even requested to have a micrometer take a measurement of the paper. One of the sales guys agreed with me that it was printed on lighter paper, the other one said it was on the paper that I requested. Even with the reading from the micrometer showing that it was printed on the lighter paper, they continued to deny the fact! Worst experience. If you want to have a stressful day, and a very completely messed up project you can see these guys. Stay clear of this print shop because they are awful! read more

Influence graphics delivered high quality product in half the time we expected! Stephanie worked with us through our many revisions and we got the perfect invitations. Would definitely work with them again! read more

I had to get some business cards printed, FAST, for an art show. I wanted to make sure the colors came out correctly on their press, and they had online chat support from their office that covered all the bases for me. The cards got turned around in less than 24 hours, and the quality is significantly better than I was expecting. I'm never using one of the online printers again - these guys were great! The only downside I could report is that their site is not too friendly for the casual consumer. You don't pay and upload your file in one step - you negotiate the price, pay via fax, then upload and wait for confirmation. That's a process I'm used to from handling industrial printing from work, but it seemed a little cumbersome for a small run of business cards. They also don't have a full list of paper colors/options on their site, which would have bothered me if I wasn't printing on bright white. read more

The small business I work for needed labels printed for a short turn around and we were connected with the owner, Amparo. She handled our order with extreme care and explained all our options, then recommended the best fit. From ink to sizing, Amparo and her staff got it right. Influence Graphics walked us through every step and kept us updated on the status of our order...which was a one day turnaround. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again. read more

IG was recommended to me via a Chicago based company, I'm in the middle of a small print run of posters for a book launch event. Thomas has been very helpful -- FAST response to all emails. Not to mention they're the best price around, I compared with all the best here on Yelp. As someone new to the publishing industry and working remotely, other companies did a little more hand-holding but I found their over-explanation of processes an unnecessary waste of time. We just need these printed reasonably cheap and fast and well, and IG is doing that. I'll update my review once the posters have been seen in person. I think if you ask all your questions up front they're great at straight-forward answers and quotes, and understood what I needed right away. Maybe they're best for commercial print uses such as mine. Thanks! read more

I see that some people on here have given (3) stars to this place. Why? Well, let me tell you that Influence Graphics and the employees there deserve every bit of the (5) stars I am going to give them. Here is why: I searched high/wide for a printer that would give me quality prints for my holiday cards and get them to me before next year. Well after a long search I found Influence Graphics on Google. Thank goodness. The site didn't have a ton of info on pricing, etc. but I opted to do a live chat and got in touch with David Caromina. He helped me walk through my order and assured me that everything would be alright. A couple of days later, a different person (Gregg Labriola) followed up and let me know the order was there. What great communication. After excellent customer service by Gregg, I got my cards yesterday and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The price was about average, but the personal service made worth so much more. i will definitely be going back to them every chance I can. Thank you Influence Graphics. read more

I had a great experience working with the IG team and our cards came out beautifully!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. My company needed a quick turnaround for some signage that none of our usual printers could accommodate. I was beginning to lose hope but found Influence through a Google search, and reached out for a quote. I immediately got connected to Amparo who was so helpful and patient as we worked through materials and pricing. Extremely responsive, not to mention the amazing pricing and NEXT DAY delivery to Manhattan of a high quality product during the pandemic. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you! read more

Three days before my wedding I was distraught another company messed up and my wedding programs would not arrive until after my wedding due to negligence. I contacted influence graphics and they were able to create the same exact programs if not better within 24hrs. They were very efficient and helpful. They were nice enough to work with me on the price due to my situation and I didn't even have to ask. I am so thankful to have found influence graphics in the nick of time. Amparo and Bill were great. read more

Influence Graphics has been my designated go-to printer the past 2 years and it's always a joy to work with their team. Not only they always deliver high quality print products, they always go above and beyond with my projects. I have used them for business cards, banners, brochures, mailers, and many special print projects. They just recently helped me with a personal project for my son's school...it was a quick turn-around project, their evening print manager worked on it right away as soon as I sent the files and the prints were ready for pick-up the next morning! Highly recommend them for all sort of print projects. read more

I'm very pleased with Influence in meeting my crazy deadline...and Gregg LaBriola is great! Thank you! You got my 5 stars!

I got my business cards printed by Influence Graphics many times and I always had great experiences with the company. The team at Influence Graphics has an open ear and I never got the answer: No, that doesn't work. Instead the crowd at Influence Graphics thinks outside the box. The cards were printed super quickly and I'm really happy with the look of my company's business cards! It's a pleasure to work with Influence Graphics! Awesome job, guys! X'TigePR read more

I've never been to a print shop where I had such an easy and great experience! The mission was to create a several dozen sets of playing cards. Influence and Ron and everyone else who helped were accommodating and had great tips on how my project would come out best. They did double-sided printing on heavy stock with UV coat and cut to the specified and exact playing card size. They came out great and the pricing was very competitive. The next time I'm on a business trip in New York and need last minute work done I'll be sure to come here. On that thought, I'm actually considering paying shipping all the way to LA just so that I can continue to work with these guys! read more

Influence Graphics did a phenomenal job on the printing for my wedding save the dates and all aspects of my wedding invitations. I received excellent service for my specialized archaeological brochure. The close-up photos brilliantly depicted detail and the impressive layout brought my booklet to life. I work for a non-profit organization - we are often on tight deadlines for events and mailing campaigns, and Influence Graphics has been quick and reliable from the start. Tom, our point person, is very responsive and helpful. Pricing is the cheapest we have been able to find for digital printing. Highly recommend this team!! read more

Fast, reliable, friendly... delivery is extra, really a pleasure to work with!

Do NOT use this place!! I had the most HORRIBLE experience going there. There are NO Graphic Designers on-site. I don't know why they even advertise there address - apparently there Designers are all in Long Island..or somewhere else, but definitely not at their office. They will also ask for your credit card information BEFORE showing you their work...and if you DON'T like what they've done..then THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU!! read more

The folks at Influence were easy to get a hold of and responsive every time I called. They turned around a proof quickly and used a fast courier that allowed me to meet my deadline. read more
